What does FAMILY practice mean? Was told by his receptionist they only service 18yrs and older....Then you're not a family practice.

Dr Jack Matheny never listens to health problems. I have never had a physical exam since I've been there. The hospital said I had a infection. He did nothing..I told him I felt a lump above left calar bone. He did nothing..I told him I felt something in my rectum. He did nothing..I have a lot of health issue that are very concerning..He has told me that he can only do so much for me because if he does what he should do is affard that the insurance will cut him off..He cares more about the money then the needs of his customer's

Really depends on your insurance situation and who you speak with on the phone. Wife has no insurance and sometime they don't call in scrips correctly.

Office staff is awesome, nurses are awesome, saw Tony the first time visit and it was pretty good honestly. Came back for a second visit and saw Anna....ask to see someone else if you get her, she talks over you and wont listen to what you are trying to say therefore cannot give a proper diagnosis, she assumes too much, she is very knowledgeable but lacks any bedside manner or actual listening to patients skills whatsoever. Anna also offered me a medication that if she would have read my chart at all would have seen i was allergic to.
