I can’t rate him as a doctor but I CAN rate his character. He hit my husband in an auto accident and lied saying my husband hit him! Thank God we had a witness! If a doctor will lie about something like that, I sure wouldn’t want him performing on me knowing my life is in his hands! It speaks volumes about his character!

My mother, Patricia Goss went to this doctor's office today. The patient room was overflowing with people and nobody was taking temperatures. My mother waited over 2 hours for her appointment and finally walked out. Nobody explained why she sat in the waiting room over 2 hours. The waiting room was miserably cold for everyone, despite the fact they were all wearing jackets and coats, today. My mother is a cancer survivor and 80 years old. No one deserves to be treated in this manner! I will make sure she finds better service and a heart doctor in Gainesville, Florida.

I dont give them a good review only because they have now called twice stating my husband missed a appointment when we were not even notified of their being one. if their is a appointment scheduled it would be nice to know that it was. The excuse always is you knew about the appointment well I'm here to tell you neither time were we notified. The last appointment my husband called them and stated it would need to be rescheduled but we were never given a reschedule date and time. until once again they called to inform us that he missed it

The office staff are amazing. But Dr.Goel is very rude and disrespectful. Due to insurance at the time when released from hospital his clinic was the only one available to see me. He asked me in a very rude way, why I want to see him. And I explained. More than once. And I'm having a allergic reaction to a medicine which he did not even look at the list of reactions. Basically called me a liar, And told me if I want to live I take the medicine. Otherwise I can go BK to Gainesville where I started at and get a second opinion. If not he will see me in 3 months. I was very upset to his response and then he looked at me and said I'll come back once you get your composure BK. Take the medicine or die!
