I love our DR His name is Ramon Isales I highly recommend him. 1 he is just so awesome with my son 2 he recommends home remedies instead of just prescribing antibiotics every time we go in. 3 he tells you way to prevent further issues Raising head of bed honey flaxseed oil. 4 he plays with him and gives him tongue depressors to make a ramp stickers lollipops But prefers to give him other toys and books. 5 Takes his time with my son and I do NOT feel rushed. Does a full assessment on my son from az every time gives me the medications I ask for such as amoxicillin never works for my sons infections. Unlike other places that give it to you regardless if you tell them it doesnt work. I love him hes 100% the best doctor my son has ever had. Hes had about 6 providers I would never want to change doctors my son loves him. Hes always amazing Best mood amazing patience. Goto Brevard Health Alliance and ask for Dr. Ramon Isales

The wait is usually minimal. Dr Hafer is great. They are prompt with medication refills. They even help you find a specialist when they refer you to one.

Excellent service

Before leaving this office make sure they have all of your information correctly spelled. I went there for a Covid test and they had the last name spelled wrong even after giving the lady my drivers license and insurance card. My results came back with the misspelling. They had given me the antigen Covid test which where I am going they dont accept. I ended up having to get a PCR test and even told the nurse the misspelling of the name. She said she would see what she could do. Called there this morning and checked and the misspelling was still there. To fix it I would have to come down and show my ID again. Which is ridiculous because I had already given my drivers license and insurance card yesterday at the appointment . The representative said that she didnt see those scanned into my chart. She suggested I call Qwest Diagnostics myself which I did took about 30 minutes to get through. The Qwest representative asked for my address I gave her my home address and she said no its saying Palm Bay. The Brevard Health Alliance had put their business address information in place of my home address.Whoever is inputting patients information into the system at Brevard Health Alliance Palm Bay location needs to be more aware of their job her mistakes costs others their time and effort to get fixed.

Well that was embarrassing. Two men.. got your review.Still 5 starsOK here goes. I visit 2 BHA on a monthly basis. Both of them no matter the time of day are in professional mode at all times. These folk do care about me walking in as well as recognize me. The docs are on point and thorough in the process instead of just treating as a name and number.The pharmacy... Everyone in there is the best. One person or 30 in the waiting area. There isnt a question that will not be answered. And the cost of meds.. Could be slightly lower cheaper than anyone I found so far.Embarrassment gone.

I love ped Monica Jackson She is both my babies doctor. Just hate the phone wait time Other wise this a great doctor office With good MAs and MDs unlike other bha where Ive had problems with the rudeness of staff. I do recommend Monica if your looking for a doctor for your little ones.

Been coming here for years. Used to avoid this location as they never seemed to have it together but they seem to be doing great with the new layout

Worst experience. Front desk check in lady has such a nasty attitude. Why do they have people like her working with the patients? Throw her away or keep her in the back. Its such a huge turn off when you go into a place and have a person treat you like you are a bother when its their JOB to check you in or out.
