List of Brevard Health Alliance's Reviews
Horrible experience. 1st and last time Ill ever go there. They did no tests or any real research into my symptoms. Hardly listened to what I had to say in order to rush to the next patient. Total waste of time. Have to find a real doctor who actually knows what theyre doing and isnt trying to just make a quick buck. I dont feel at ease about any issue I went there for.
BHA Evens Center is like walking back in time to the days of the small town doctors office. Kinard Cooper is like the small town doctor but as in a NP Nurse Practitioner. He’s wonderful to to talk to. He goes the extra mile he makes you feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk are nice to talk to as well.
I have Always had nothing but the Best Experience with all the Staff. All the visits and the Doctors. Truly Grateful for ALLLLL you guys do... for everyone.
Ive been treated by Dr. Cooper for several months for diabetes and high blood pressure and Ive greatly improved with his care.
The hours on the door says Monday Thursday and Friday. Put they are not open the hours that the door clearly states.....
Kinard Cooper is very downtoearth...he puts patients at ease from the start. Hes a thorough practitioner...very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend him.
BHA used to operate with high efficiency to provide medical services to residents of Brevard County who were uninsured. The sliding fee scale was a great advantage to people with limited income. I recently made an appointment and suddenly my financial documentation is invalid and my records are missing dates of service.Trying to contact any office leads to an endless hold time. Requests to speak with any person of authority at this organization leads to voice mail messages and unreturned calls. Its dissapointing that their mission states their goal is providing access to healthcare yet their lack of quality and attention to detail and the haphazard way the office is run misses the mark.
BHA does not even deserve a one star. The staff is very rude they dont answer their phone calls or answer your voice messages. I was diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression and had a check up every two weeks and every time I went I had a different doctor and had to re explain everything I was going through and my symptoms. I heard a lot of bad things about this place but still wanted to give it a try and I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. The staff acts like they do not care about you at all they are not attentive very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable and unhappy. On another occasion I went in person to schedule a regular physical and they didnt allow me because I didnt have any symptoms of feeling sick. I find that so ridiculous. Why do I need to feel sick just to make sure Im healthy? It was the lady in the front who wouldnt allow me to make an appointment. Every time I go she always has an attitude. If you do not enjoy your job go work some where else. This is peoples health that you are dealing with. I hate this place and will NEVER in my life go back.
💓💯
They wont answer the phone or return a voicemail. This is our health and our lives if you dont want to do your job find a different one Laura Burgess ARNP has been really great though. Shes the only reason Im still going here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
