Dr. Debbie gives the appearance of caring in front of her patients and pai: however she is rude, condescending and out to make money not provide high quality medical care

One of the rudest, most obnoxious and condescending Dr’s I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. She pretends to put on a caring facade, but simply observe how she treats others. She made the grave mistake of assuming I was stupid because I was a single mom & my daughter had Medicaid. She was unaware I was in grad school working towards my doctorate & talked down to me. I’m confident the limited time she spends with patients leads to misdiagnosis or missing critical information. RUN!

I give my doctor Deborah five-star she's just not a doctor she's a friend and a teacher keep up the great work Debra

Terrible. Rude, defensive, argumentative. Maybe it is CF Pediatric Urgent Care policy but she was extremely abrasive in every way. I would never speak to her again.

Dr. Debbie is an excellent pediatrician. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and relates to my children very well, they love her. She is knowledgeable, proffesional, and compassionate. Yes the staff can be a challenge to deal with at times, but in all fairness in my experience this is an issue at most doctors, dentists, hospitals etc.

Dr. Santaseiro is one of the best doctors that I know. When my daughter was younger that was her doctor for years. She is compassionate, kind, loving, and wonderful person, inside and out. Her staff is professional, positive and kind. I never had a problem at anytime. I really like her because she treated my daughter and I, like family, and that my dear friends go a long way....this is why I know I will never find another awesome doctor like her again...and that is Real Talk!

It's a shame that's Dr. Debbie's receptionist and front office staff are completely rude, do not value your time, and treat you and your child as just another "person to deal with" instead of a cared for patient. Dr. Debbie is an average at best pediatrician and it's not worth the hassle and poor treatment from her unprofessional staff to even schedule an appointment there or heaven forbid ask a question about your child. There are better pediatricians in the area that value patients.

Doctor Santasiero is late to work, orders many unnecessary tests, has trouble reading her charts, and refuses to speak to parents on the phone. It is very nerve-wracking to be told the doctor will not answer your questions and you have to come for an appointment for even the slightest of questions. Any and all communication is through a third party, and can lead to confusion in the back and forth translation. I took my daughter to her for 3 years and finally had enough.

This review is due to the horrible customer service provided from Krista. I called because I am on a self funded plan, and would like to have a child seen at with your doctor. She did not listen to questions asked and responded very unprofessionally. I asked if she understand my questions and she said no. Immediately after re-confirming my question she said that We meaning your office is not interested seeing a new patient. Wow, how absurd!

Dr. Debbie is un awesome pediatrician-probably the best one we had so far., but with that being said, the staff at this location is probably THE WORST I have ever had to deal with. I am currently serving in the Military and PCSing very often. My kids have been overseas with me, and meanwhile my MIL had received a call from the office to inform us that "their shots are not up to date". We did informed them that we are overseas and kids are getting vaccinated here, but once we get back we will came and see the Dr. My son got really bad cough, and I called the practice for un appointment, where one of the reception stuff who answered the phone and who by the way was the rudest person that I have ever had the chance to deal with, made the determination that "since we have not been out of the country for certain time, Dr. Debbie would not see us". After all, our reason to be overseas was because of my military assignment, and this is the first time I do hear of pediatrician practice refusing to see a patient considering the above circumstances. I would have to find another pediatrician at this time, and if you are serving in the military and PCSing, please DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and STAY AWAY from this practice since you may get the surprise of coming back home to find out that you have no pediatrician.....
