I give him 1 star to be able to post, dr mejias Is not as excellent and caring as people say he did surgery on my father 2 years ago and he still in big problems after that and it has been impossible to find him and no even a post operation visit , mal practice but we will meet in court

Dr. Mejia is the best Surgeon i have ever delt with in 55 yrs of my life. Dr. Mejia did my Colostomy in 2013 by the next day of my surgery I was already walking. He is a very caring human being, compassionate and above all very humble. He is great at his job. It breaks my heart to know that Health First doesn't know how to value great doctors like Dr Mejia which they have very few. I trust him with my life. Just a little note to Health First your numbers will never be the same without DR. MEJIA.

Dr. Mejia is one of the best and most caring surgeons I have ever met. He was extremely concerned about my constant diverticulitis flares which caused me to run high fevers and of the possibility of sepsis as a result of these attacks. He was very patient in answering questions and explaining what the various outcomes could be as a result of surgery versus non-surgery and he never seemed to be in a hurry to leave. He was never arrogant when talking with me and my husband. He’s the BEST!

Dr. Mejia is one of the best and most caring surgeons I have ever met. Dr. Mejia is an excellent doctor. I had the pleasure to have my gallbladder removed by him, and two days later I was in church like nothing. I took my 20 year old son to be evaluated and I find him to very knowleadgeble in every aspect of medicine. He listens to the patient and comes up with an agreed plan. He is super polite and caring.

He's great I healed fast like all doctors they are not in the business of pleasure so no personal bonding as long as he did a great job who cares. Takes a special kind of human to become a surgeon

Dr. Mejia is an excellent surgeon- he is also kind and compassionate. I was in extreme pain and he took the time to evaluate me and then scheduled the removal of my gallbladder right away. He is the best!
