From the check in process to check out I received kindness and professionalism. Dr. Dotres-Martinez is great, she listens attentively to you as you explain the reason for your visit. I am satisfied with Dr Dotres-Martinez as my PCP choice and I am comfortable talking with her and that is very important.

La doctora es buena pero llegar a ella o lograr los servicios a los que ella refiere es imposible porque el personal de la recepción es grosero e ineficiente. Siempre olvidan completar los referidos y por eso hemos llegado a citas donde otros especialistas donde no nos atienden. Dina siempre es muy grosera en el teléfono y nos cuelga. Ya nunca hay alguien que hable español disponible. Yo estaba muy feliz con la doctora pero ahora estoy muy decepcionado del servicio y me voy a cambiar de doctor.
