Fast friendly and professional.

I just left this place an the medical assistant was short with me very rude. She needs to understand everyday isn’t a good day for people an being rude like that made me feel like she was racist becathe white makes walked in an she was very polite to him then the other lady with the short red hair looked at me with a nasty look management needs to have a talk with them

This is the most amazing place I have been to since being in Florida the last 6 years. They are professional, kind and friendly! Christine is awesome and very punctual with her appointments but willing to work with you at the same time. I will not go to a different optician as long as I’m in Palm Bay! Five stars +++++

Quick appointment scheduling and availability. The staff was super sweet and funny. We all loved them! Nothing felt rushed or awkward. Facility was well kept and clean and the staff took their time. Dr. Escobar had such a sweet demeanor and was so thorough with 3 back to back appointments for my family. Dr. Escobar didn’t miss a beat, even with with 3 of us that have ADHD and Autism. I mention this because it’s rare to find a Doctor that can handle special needs in Brevard County, let alone ones that don’t leave you feeling stressed and confused about your time with them. Not only did she a handle the goofiness of my family and held her own, but she went above and beyond after a simple question I asked and pulled out some really cool photos to show us. Dr. Escobar was also able to find something within my own eye that has been missed several times by other doctors and even recorded it for me on my phone so I could look at it later on when my dilation wore off. I’m thankful she caught it early on and that she was able to refer me to follow up with an eye surgeon. Life is so short, eye health is important. Thank you to you and your team!

Awesome doctor not pleased with the rest of the staff. I left there with no glasses for me or my son. It was pretty much find what u want without our help or suggestions. Not what I'm use to.

I would totally recommend this place. My whole family had appointments there and they took their time with all of us. They were so patient with my kids who are 7 and 9. Dr. Escobar was very patient and thorough with all of our exams.

I have a fairly difficult contact prescription. This doctor totally nailed it. She is young, but honestly, one of the best eye doctors I have been to. Her staff is also next level. Thank you so much you guys!

My husband and I have no complaints about our visit. We didn’t have to wait long and we felt the doctor was good and her assistants were friendly and willing to help and they were informed on our insurance and gave us options.

We had our eyes done at a different eye doctor office, but unfortunately they did not have a lot of frames. We came here in search, and we all found what we wanted thanks to the wide variety of frames and the friendly staff. I found a really cute purple frame I'm very happy about. My sister also found herself a nice pair. I can't wait till they come in!

Avoid this place, I purchased two pairs of glasses, the total came to $600, progressive and transition lenses. Eight weeks later one of my lenses popped out of the frame. Luckily it landed on the carpet. I went to reinstall it and found out the the threads in the frame were stripped. There was also a spot of glue or something on the screw, so I couldn't get it tight. Gee, most likely as before, so I added some finger nail polish to secure it. I called Optical Outlets and told them what happened. I was told there was only a 30 day warranty. I know the issue was right from the beginning. Six or so weeks later I was able to return to the store. After some discussions they were finally willing to exchange them for a $25 fee. I stated that there shouldn't be a free either. Eventually they agreed, but it wasn't without some complaining. I'm not sure if the lenses are put in at this location or somewhere else, but it was a very poor job. I am never going here again. I rated it two stars because they replaced the frame, otherwise it would be one star.
