Office runs on time, Dr. Taraschi is caring, understanding, listens well, and addresses everything I need. His receptionist Carol is amazing in her job responsibilities and she’s funny!

I really like Dr Taraschi and he’s a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, his front desk staff is horrible. They do not relay messages to the doctor and are very unprofessional. When I arrived for my appointment and stood at the desk to check in two of the women were bickering with each other and complaining about answering phone calls while there was a line forming behind me just to check in. Then the woman wanted to discuss my previous balance in front of a lobby full of people making me feel rather uncomfortable. They need to get some new receptionists in their office.

Don't go if you have any Covid 19 symptoms because they will not let you in at all. Even a headache....you are on your own. Nobody goes to the ER for headaches.

Dr T is great! My partner has had him for a physician for about 20 years. He takes his time to explain things to us and never rushes us.

I went for a new patient appointment yesterday and upon my arrival, I found myself not caring to much for the young lady that checked me in. However, upon being called back, Dr. T’s nurse, Tory, was amazing. Very professional, ease of communication with her and her warmth upon welcoming me. Then comes in Dr. T. Ok, this man is so amazingly tuned in with your care, health and overwhelming response to your needs and concerns. Actually, took time to talk, answer my questions, take into account my concerns and explaining medical prescriptions and procedures that I am on and had done. Looks you in the eyes when talking. I was so incredibly happy with him. I personally felt listened to and understood which I haven’t felt in a long time. I would highly recommend seeing him and giving him a chance. His staff upon my checkout was amazing as well as everyone there, with the exception of the front office lady, was very sweet and warm.

I had a new patient appointment today which was confirmed yesterday only to show up for the appointment to say it had been canceled No explanation just told that I’d have to reschedule no apology they didn’t even seem to care that I had an appointment did not reschedule don’t want to go to that office feel this was very unprofessional and badly handled

Dr T is an excellent doctor and takes the time to talk and listen He is just one fine person even though he is a die hard Eagles fan and me being a Cowboys fan

They may be stressed? But do not seem happy that I was there for my appointment. Nor were they too happy when I needed to call about something today. I used to really like this doc... but don't get to him much any more. And the last time I did see him, he was in such a rush, I hardly had a chance to talk to him at all! I left, telling myself, I would never go back. But the idea of having to search out a new one is just as difficult as staying with one that is not attentive or concerned for me.

Staff out front are not happy that you arrived for you appointment. Seemed bothered that I walked in the door. Do not see Dr. Taraschi much any more. When I do, he is rushed with me and does not hear what I am saying. I used to love him. But, the entire office seems stressed and distracted. Jodi Larson did take her time with me, so that was a plus. I just wonder how long it will be before she becomes like the doctor and his staff?
