Dr. Leyte is a great family doctor. He spends a lot of his time with you. On my first visit, he spent almost an hour and went over my complete history. He actually calls you back if you have a problem! He is not part of Health First or any organization like that - those docs give you 10 minutes, in and out. He takes his time, answers all your questions and listens and gives you answers!

Over medicated. Staff rude nursing assistant thinks she's the dr and tries to keep you from seeing the dr. He always has a drink in his hand

Very thorough and takes all the time needed to answer questions and listen to my concerns. Long time patient and have had no problems with office staff and scheduling my appointments, He or his office staff was always responded to my calls in a reasonable period of time

Dr. Leyte he has been my clients primary doctor for many many years. I met him about a year and a half ago he is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He was very concerned about every aspect of her activities of daily living including diet and exercise. When we are in his office time is never a factor. He came to the hospital several times on 2 separate occasions, one being a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend Dr Leyte to anyone that is looking for a caring doctor in Brevard county

Dr . Leyte saved my life, when during a normal routine examination, not complete physical, as he was checking my stomach (which was about 240 lbs on a 5' 8'' frame so kinda fat) he said you have an Abdominal Aortic Anurysm. Since we kid back and forth some I said "yeah sure, what's next, ingrown toenails or something?". He said very seriously "NO You Have An Anurysm, you better get it checked out by a Surgeon. Hr referred me to Dr lane, and he ended up doing AAA surgery on me to fix it.

Dr. Leyte takes all the time that is needed to ask and answer questions and concerns. He has been our family Physician for many years. A number of years ago, a Specialist conducted some testing on me. Late that evening, I received a message from a very tired Dr. Leyte who reported that my test results were good. It was several days later before I actually heard from the physician who had ordered the testing. What a relief! What a special physician Dr. Leyte is. I am so fortunate.

I have never had a doctor spend the time with me and be as thorough with me as Dr. Leyte. However, I have waited as long as 3 hours past scheduled appointments to see him. I think this is due to his thoroughness, as he takes much longer with patients than he is scheduled to see them. Additionally, aside from a one or two members of his staff, the rest are rude and dismissive.
