Staff also must be practicing LUCK: Loving, Understanding, Compassionate and Kind.
Front desk lady had me check in and pay my copayment online only to tell me 5 minutes later they couldn’t take me, she cancelled my appointment and did not want to refund my money
Just as a first time visit, to initiate a relationship, I feel really good about it. Office was nice and neat, I didn't have a mask, they provided one, I didn't have to wait. I felt listened to. They gave me the referrals I requested with no issues. I am very optimistic for the future.
The office staff was nice and one gentleman especially was super duper efficient. Every office needs one or two like him. The doctor took her time and listened. I was super pleased with the service.
What good is it to have a Doctor if their answering service will not listen to your emergency and let's you know they do not care and I just need to call back during hours, I guess that means if I live that long.
Very caring doctor! Staff is wonderful too.
Don't bother.
As mentioned what good is it to have a Doctor if their answering service does not care and will not listen to my emergency after recently going through 8 hours of open heart surgery and now called as I contracted COVID19 and all they would say is call during regular business hours, and it was clear they did not care if you live that long or not as they would not give me 2 seconds to explain my emergency.
I saw Dr Wilborn for two years before relocating to another state last year. I've since found excellent drs. Dr Wilborn is not a physician I would recommend. Here's why. I was 65 yrs old and annually had regular lab work done, paid for by Medicare. I requested that Dr Wilborn have my Vitamin D level tested, even though I knew that I would have to pay out of pocket for that lab. Her response was that I got enough Vit D just being outside. When I moved, my new physician ordered Vit D be checked. As it turned out, my Vit D level was severely low, and I'm now on a regimen of a high level Vit D intake. Secondly, under Dr Wilborn's care, I had high blood pressure, even while on a med she prescribed. This went on for a couple yrs. On one visit with her, I asked if that was the best prescription for high bp and her response was "No". She then prescribed a different med which got my better results. I was astounded that I had to prompt her to reconsider what she had prescribed for such a long time with consistent negative results. I definitely wouldn't go to her if I still lived in the area. I also found the record keeping of the office staff to be haphazard. They kept calling me for appt reminders months after I repeatedly told them I had relocated. I Definitely do not recommend this office.
My experience with Dr. Wilborn was terrible. She seemed to not be interested in me as a patient. I was looking for medical advice and all she did was write down my concerns. She didn’t offer any medical advice. Very unprofessional and I will not come back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
