I never dread my tri-monthly phone appointments as the people I talk to are always great! Louis Fernandez did an amazing job giving me information about deals, how to do a proper tolerance break, etc. Love this practice and their amazing employees!!

Dr. Morgan is knowledgeable, careful and communicates well, The problem is with her staff, they are not well trained, lack empathy and contradict each other. I was a patient for almost three years, and I only ever saw Dr. Morgan once. I thought it odd that when the medical portion of the exam was over, she made recommendations regarding the RECREATIONAL use of cannabis.

I’m surprised by the bad reviews. I’ve found Dr Morgan and her office and her services nothing but convenient and easy to deal with regarding my MM needs. I like that I can do almost everything via phone. Jason B was also helpful and funny when assisting me with my renewal process.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave zero stars I would. All the other reviews speak for themselves. Dr -Anne Morgan is a FRAUD a SCAMMER and will take your money at ease. Have a question for your “doctor”? Be prepared to speak with a manager named Marshall who is incapable of helping you. This “doctor” prescribes “medicine” and then is COMPLETELY unavailable for support or to answer concerning questions. The gimmick of needing to renew your RX every 3 months is fraudulent. Other doctors will do it up to 6 months. I wish I had researched sooner so this “doctor” was away with my money. Phone calls and messages will go unanswered. Have a question? They will tell you you HAVE to come in to see the doctor-aka more money in their pockets. If you have an exam on file within a calendar year, you don’t need another exam especially for questions. This place is terrible they do NOT care about their patients they SOLELY care about money. She operates as a money hungry physician and should not be in practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! ADDENDUM THIS FRAUD OF A “DOCTOR” HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME. I WENT TO CANCEL AN APPT AND WAS TOLD MY DEPOSIT WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED. They asked if I would remove my slanderous review not a chance. Zero stars
