Starting seeing doctor Taylor about a month ago. She is patient thorough and has great bedside manners. So glad I made the switch.

I went there at my appointment today, I waited for almost one hour and when finally she came to see me she was so personally kind and she make sure that im not only physically well but emotionally well too. I love the way Doctor Taylor treat her patient. I understand some of her patients are annoyed about the long wait but its well worth it! She would definitely be my personal physician!!!!! And also her staff were so nice!!

First of all I did wait 3 months for my first appointment as a new patient. Finally my day for appointment ! Waited 1hour 30 min to see a doctor , but doctor Taylor never came. I just left this Stupid Office and never come back. Do not recommended this Dr. Taylor office!

Waited 3 months for my first appointment as a new patient. At my first appointment waited for dr. Taylor for 1hour 30 min. and left office without service. Do not recommended this ridiculous office and their ridiculous office hours!

The front deck personnel are some unprofessional ,unorganized ,rude ,don't even have walmart customer service people, They dont deserve a star , they need training. I waited 2 month for an appointment , then one day before the appointment i was told i needed blood work done , and i called 5 days before to confirm my appointment and wasn't told nothing About blood work , now i was told i have to take off work tomorrow like i don't have anything else to do ,or i cant see the doctor , now I'm calling and being put on hold for 10 to 20 minutes without an answer, if you people are only accommodating certain people thats fine all you had to do is say so . are a joke

It can be a wait some times but not all the time. And, her care is worth that wait. Premium care does take time. Unfortunately, I had to change doctors due to insurance coverage. I was very upset about having to do this but that's the way health coverage (not care) is these days?!!!? :(

I have never waited less than one hour AFTER my scheduled appointment to be called into a room. Dr. Taylor is a friendly, wonderful doctor, but it is unfortunate that the way her office runs takes away from those qualities. Scheduling an appointment at this office is a full day affair.
