Dr. Lowe is very nice. Visit was excellent. Staff very nice and friendly.

Ms. Lowe does not care for people in a respectful or courteous manner. She is inconsiderate of people’s time, and leaves you at the mercy of her will because her time is more valuable and important than everyone else. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. Imagine a room of cackling witches, and that’s what you will find in Lowe’s office. It’s time for this Lowe life to retire.

After sitting for 2 hours with other people going before me . I left… so very unprofessional. Some lady came in with I guess her lunch and at the whole time I was there . It smelled so bad in there also. I could go on and on but I can’t say a word about how the dr was. Never saw her. Bottom line is I think I was the wrong color

1st good thing time isn't money, or I would've waisted a lot there. 2nd I pay for transitions the day of my initial visit. 3 months later still no transitions. They don't like to answer the phone and when they do, it's past the hot potao. I was told I could drop my son's glasses off and get the lenses put in, now I'm told it'll take to 5 day's. I was also told I would be called that was a lie as well, I had to call them each time. And still no transitions. But I've already been charged. They where sure to do that though. Still no transition lenses for my son. Nobody answers the phone. But still they've been paid. What type of professionalism is this? 11/30/21 So full of BS. I just called back, I used or pushed every number available. Still no answer or the mailbox is full. Who's responsible for the professionalism if this place?

I don't know what kind of professionals they are but they don't seem professional and the receptionists don't know why they are there if they don't have good customer service. Terrible service. No se que tipo de profesionales son pero no parecen profesionales y las recepcionista no se para que estan ahi si no tienen buen servicio al cliente.

I have family that has went to the this doctor came out blind after procedures. My mother had a doctors appointment today once family told her what happened to them she called the office advise the appointment holder why she didn’t want to come and that she would like to cancel the appointment though appointment holder told me that my mom is going to be blind either way if she comes to this doctor or not and disconnected the call while I was trying to speak. We have family that is currently suing this office.
