My first visit to Dr Stermer's office was a pleasant surprise compared to others. Those at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful in filling out the paperwork. Routine check in tests were done and again Elizabeth chatted a bit and made me feel very comfortable. I learned more I ever knew about Arthritis in this first visit from Dr Stermer than I have found from all the years of my being a patient. He went over all my medical records there in the office with me, asked questions and had an attitude of interest and caring. During the exam he showed great concern and shared what he was doing, looking for and educating me on Arthritis. I could not have found a better Dr. For my issues and feel confident there will be some relief in my future.

My appointment with Dr. Stermer was helpful, and he was very positive. He looked at all of my test results and was diligent in trying to understand what was going on with my health. His office was efficient and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Stermer.

Doctor Stermer has the best bed side manners I've seen in many years. He just don't write you a prescription and send you on your way. He talk to you and find out what's going on with your health. And began to investigate the matter to get to the bottom of the problem. I wouldn't trade him in for another. I thank God I found him on my on search . He's a 10 to me and the front desk service I as great patient and polite. He's stuck with me for life.

Had a great experience with Dr Stermer. He listened to my concerns, spent time with me to really get to the source of my medical issues. He has a great beside manner and is very knowledgeable. He sent me for the right test and we are awaiting my results. I left feeling I was in the right hands. Staff was nice and professional.
