Horrible…..inconsiderate to my pain he caused with 3 needles… never sprayed the numbing… he looked like he didn’t know what I was talking about… won’t go back to him…NO WAY
When Dr. Rondon came into my room he thought I was a different patient. I gave my X-Ray and CT-Scan to the front desk but he kept exiting the room to look at the results. He ordered an MRI for me but when my insurance needed more information the office would not return my calls. Eventually I went over to the office with the letter my insurance company gave me that was also sent to Dr. Rondon with the information they needed and the lady at the front desk said we don’t provide more information like that at this office. I ended up switch practices and doctors, which delayed the surgery I needed to six weeks after my injury.
When Dr. Rondon came back to my room he thought I was a different patient. I gave the front desk my X-Ray & CT-Scan, but he had to go out of the room two different times to look at my results. He ordered me an MRI, but when my insurance wanted more information about why I needed it he would not provide the information. I ended up showing up at his office with the letter from the insurance company with the information they needed for the MRI and the woman at the front desk said we don’t do that. So I changed doctors, which led to me getting my surgery done 6 weeks after my injury from a doctor at a different practice.
I would have given a 5 star, since Dr Rondon is a great Dr. but scheduling is difficult, nobody ever picks up the phone
If FL had different laws, I would’ve sued Dr. Rondon for all I could have. Apparently if you’re not married in this state, you have no right to sue for malpractice. He did my moms hip surgery, and because he’s completely inept, she died. I hope he and his whole family feels the pain I am right now one day. Send your enemies here, they won’t last long.
My daughter is a current patient of Dr. Rondon, he did emergency surgery on her arm/elbow recently. He is great, so patient, he’s very sweet and answers any questions myself or my daughter(who’s six) might have.
Dr. Rondon is an excellent orthopedist. He treated me for a fractured ankle. However his office staff needs to be more efficient. I have been trying to reach them for several weeks to get a script for physical therapy and a follow up on a shot for my knee to no avail.
He did my son surgery 3 years ago he’s the best and I would recommend him to anyone
Dr Rondon is one of the few doctors left that actually listen to the patient. He is very thorough. Have been going to him for years
Hip replacement in 2004 exelent care by the Dr Rondon and his associates.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
