List of David S Silvers's Reviews
At the age of 78, I have interacted with more than the average share of doctors and mentally rate their office, their staff and the doctor. Dr. Silvers' office is unique in ambiance and decor, more like a comfortable and attractive living room. Our first interaction was with Mrs. Silvers when she brought a wheelchair down to the parking lot for my sister. She is pleasant and accommodating and set the tone for this visit. The staff we encountered continued that behavior and attitude even though it was apparent that they were shorthanded. Dr. Silvers demeanor was immediately professional and respectful. He treated my sister with dignity and his explanations were clear, concise and easy to understand. He immediately instilled a strong sense of confidence in both my sister and myself. There was no rushing, no hesitancy and just a sense that this was someone at the top of his field. Do not hesitate to see this man.
Dr. Silvers was impatient and unnecessarily condescending when I sought out a second opinion for a complex neurological problem. He put me through a hasty examination before giving me an offhand diagnosis. I would not recommend him to anyone, particularly patients whose symptoms are rare or not well understood. I left the appointment with the sense that he didn't want to admit that he didn't have answers but wanted to pacify me by giving me a name for my debilitating condition. Thankfully I was able to get quality care from a more experienced neurologist in Miami who immediately figured out how to correctly treat my neurological issues.
Rude office, follow up never happened until I called many months later. The doctor does not listen to the patient’s own information and probably thinks he’s equal to God. We had a lot of information he was not willing to investigate.
Dr Silvers takes his time and answers all your questions. He does a very thorough exam. I previously worked for a neurologist in NJ, Dr Silvers came highly recommended!! His staff is wonderful.
All I can say is that he wouldn’t see another physician for an emergency.
Dr. Silvers. Deanna , Lilac and everyone at this office should be the example everyone sees in the encyclopedia about how to run a medical practice - BRAVO Dr. Silvers spent over an hour with me, explained his thoughts on a care plan but made sure he included my other care professional before he acted so they could work together on everything that was going on. Within two hours, he had spoken to my other doctor, collaborated on a care plan, the PA called me to explain and make sure I was comfortable, I had the new prescriptions within 2 hours and one of the best things delivered was knowing I am in great hands for care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100 stars Gardens Neurology
New patient experience has been phenomenal. The staff stayed on the phone until the new patient paperwork came through. They called to Verified it was received and made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable going into my appointment.. I would given them 100 stars for service.
Dr. Silvers is a smart, knowlegable and compassionate neurologist
Dr Silvers took care of my mother, He is the kind of Doctors that you want for your loved ones, compassionate, always there when is need it, even after hours, very good listener.Since the first day we met, he told me what was wrong with mami and he walked by my side during her illness.I am very grateful to have him taking care of mami!Thank You Dr Silvers!
I was quite nervous prior to making an appointment to see Dr. Silvers. With the COVID-19 restrictions, I was not sure that an appointment could take place virtually. I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazing, helpful from beginning to end, and the doctor is so thorough pleasant and smart! I feel like I am in good hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Silvers, whether it is in person or by telehealth visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
