Had personal concern management contacted me within 10 minutes and assured me that my concerns rhat the wrong physician receiving the MRI report were handled. I saw a copy of the report on the patient portal and it was still sent ONLY to the wrong Dr. PROBLEM CORRECTEDThe gentlemen from DCA followed up immediately and continued to keep me informed throughout the process. The test result got to the correct Dr. Very thorough and very professional. Very much appreciated.

Everyone is wonderful at the centers I have been to both PGA and WPB. Wait times are brief service is efficient technicians are sooooo nice. So why the loss of one star? They are relentless with filling andor reviewing the ENTIRE profile with each visit. I had two separate visits within one week and had to deal with the form twice. It is the same company they certainly have the info. Why do I have to fill it out again. Betcha if I have another test within a few weeks that form will be required yet again. And I suppose some people may need reminding of an appointment but texts and phone calls? Seriously? I am an adult. STOP IT

Horrific experience dealing with rude and disrespectful Employees who work out of your Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach offices your poor customer service and probing of patients information is like a communist socialist country. You have been violating patient’s constitutional freedoms and rights by the way you checkin or schedule your patient’s appointments. You need to change staff and fire your employees for violating HIPAA laws. Hold your employees accountable for disrespecting our patient rights

Not only is this place super beautiful the check in process was easy and seamless. The staff was very friendly. We had to wait for our dr to read the results of my daughters mri. We really wanted to go home because she was in pain and exhausted. They gave her a snack a bottle of water and a gentleman even ran next door to BUY us Advil. I mean who does that? It was so kind and so above and beyond.

MRI tech.Brybad spellingfriendly and answered all my questions. Exam finished exactly on time as she said. Too bad you dont offer a wine before the exam but it was a pleasant experience nevertheless.

My husband and I have had a variety of diagnostic scans at various DCA locations. My experience has always been positive. The staff is always friendly courteous and very polite. Occasionally I have to travel to a location further from my home because a scan may not be available or done at the closest location. But no matter what I have always gotten great service and they always seem to exceed our expectations.
