Very unpleasant history. She and her fellow, Dr Shetty discounted my pain. I received mediocre treatment for severe pain. The ulcer in my eye went untreated for a period of time to have caused vision damage. Dr Koo had assured me I would have no loss of eyesight and when treatment was completed and vision problems still existed she replied, “let’s get you glasses”. I won’t return to her.

Terrible Staff! There was a woman named Josephine that told me that I was a nuisance to the practice! This made the entire office looks bad!!!

If you are looking for a surgeon to do a corneal transplant DMEK look no further. I highly recommend Dr. Koo who did my wife's surgery in July along with removing a. cataract and inserting a lens. she had no complications from the surgery and after one week could see. After two weeks she could read the eye chart. After three months she has 20/20 vision in that eye. Not only is Dr. Koo an amazingly gifted surgeon, but her calm and caring personality makes you feel at ease. She is located at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Palm Beach Gardens. Pack your patience when you go there, the wait can be lengthy. But, good things are worth waiting for.
