Absolutely do NOT go to this practice and save your time and money. This office is a complete mess from the receptionist all the way down to the doctor. My first visit was completely unimpressive, not only is the practice dirty with a giant dead roach in my exam room but even down to their mediocre diagnostics it’s overall a waste of time. They don’t discuss any lab work (even if it’s completely normal) at all without you coming in for a “follow up”. The advice the doctor gave me was not helpful and he seems to be practicing very old medicine, I’m surprised this doctor is still practicing honestly. I will be happily searching for a new GP that decision came without thought.

As the attending physician at West Boca Medical Center, Dr Orelus was rude and condescending. He never even examined or had contact with me until discharge.

dr orleus was assigned as my new primary and from the minute i mentered office his staff and himself went out there way to make sure my health issues were taken care of and when i left i knew this was a doctor i could trust and confidr in with all my health needs

Dr. Orelus was the Internist at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center when I was admitted for Diverticular Bleeding. What a great caring doctor. Dr. Orelus believes in better care. He was responsive and knew the exact professionals to call into my case. What a wonderful man. No question, five stars!

I love this Dr so much. I've been here 5 & half years & the staff & his wife are the most caring people I've ever met. Evie is a sweetheart too .

Dr. Orelus is the most caring doctor I’ve been a patient of. I first meet him in the emergency room and his bedside manners were impeccable. After being released from the hospital I decided to continue my care with him. He does not rush you through his office like other doctors. He truly care about each and every one of his patients. Dr. Orelus office staff is a reflection of him, just as caring and professional.

My mother was a patient for about three years here and the most recent encounter we had with this office was the worst customer service I've experienced from anyone in the medical field. The person at the front desk Evie was unprofessional and lacked communication skills that made us leave this office for good. Long story short I felt like I had to chase them to provide service for my mother and no one should feel as such especially when there are plenty of other places that would provide great customer service. The doctor is very nice and kind but the service I received from Evie was not worth keeping a relationship with this place.
