If and when u are looking for a plastic surgeon… look no further than Dr Gregory DeLange. He is the most talented surgeon I’ve ever encountered in my life. I’m recovering from a tummy tuck revision and some tweaks here and there. I’m delighted with the results. I have my younger body back! ??He and his staff are very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to all the nurses and Anesthisiologist. I look so good now my husband wants to have some work done. Rest assured you’ll be in great hands with Dr DeLange and all the staff at The Esthetics Institute of the Palm Beaches.

Dr DeLange and his staff are incredible, from the moment you walk into the office you feel so welcomed and you are treated like family. Dr DeLange went above and beyond, and more than exceeded my expectations with my tummy tuck. I am 2 months post op and the results are pure perfection. He is such a skilled surgeon that truly cares about his patients. Amanda is the best, she is so knowledgeable and caring, she was there for me from start to finish, and Katie is an artist with Botox and fillers. Dr. DeLange and his staff are exceptional. Dr. DeLange took his time and answered all my question as well as his patient coordinator Devon. I was very nervous the day of surgery and from the moment I arrived I was taken care of with the upmost compassion. Ever visit post op was wonderful too. Overall a wonderful experience. His work is AMAZING!!! I highly highly recommend.

Dr. Delange and his whole staff were truly amazing! I am very happy with my results as Dr. Delange had to do a revision tummy tuck because the previous Plastic Surgeon I had used in Palm Beach Gardens did a very bad job. I could not be happier! I’ve been going to this office for a number of years now. I’ve had a few different treatments, nothing invasive, but ALWAYS great results. I recently (finally) had a lower face/ neck lift. This is something that I’ve been self conscious of for a long time and finally had it done. I am overwhelmed with the results! I was expecting a fantastic outcome, but would have never imagined that this is what my skin looks like now. According to society, looks aren’t supposed to count… well when it deeply affects your self esteem, they do. Dr. Delange and that entire team of amazing staff is really vested in doing everything humanly possible to bring joy to others. It isn’t just WHAT they do, it’s also what they don’t do. We are all our worst critics, and sometimes see things harsher than what they are. I have never been told “you should do this” I’ve actually been told “stop, you don’t need that”. From the front desk, Delaney, to consult, love you Devon, walking me through specials, Amanda, my rock star beautification specialist, Desiree, follow up care, thank you Barbara, my sunshine whenever I’m there, Yezi, to the man who helped me really love what I see in the mirror, Dr. D! I sincerely thank you for helping me find my confidence and bring brightness back into my eyes when I see pictures of my not spotty skin and not sagging neck. This is a recommendation I give strongly to anyone interested in any cosmetic decisions!

En marzo del 2019 el doctor delangue me realizo un tummy tuck y una lipo en las entre piernas, el tummy tuck quedo perfecto pero la lipo fue un desastre me deformo las piernas y tuvo el descaro de decir que ya estaban con esos huecos !!! y cuando a simple vista se nota que es por donde paso la canula y aspiro de mas la grasa . piensen dos veces antes desometerse a una lipo con delangue

I will only go to Dr. Delange, he continunes to keep me glowing and youthfull. I have gotten the fraxcel laser every few years and love the results!! The staff is welcoming and very friendly.

After years of embarrassment and depression I’ve decided to write a honest review of my experience with the Estetica institute. I wanted a Brazilian butt lift. I consulted with Dr. Delange but noticed that I didn’t see many pictures of before/after for that specific procedure and I can’t recall seeing pictures of African American patients as well. I am African American and I brought that to the dr.’s attention and he assured me that he was well capable of preforming the my procedure and I would be happy with the results. I fully trusted his word. My procedure was completed and immediately after I didn’t notice a big change. The dr keep assuring me that the results would gradually get better over time. Well it never did! In fact I was at an hair appointment and what I’m assuming is the fat transfer started to leak out and completely covered the stylist chair. Talk about embarrassing! I advised the Dr about it and it seemed as though his tolerance for me had changed due to him already being paid. His reply to me was to loose some more weight and come back in a couple months. He made me feel very uncomfortable talking to him because of his tone. I understand that some may have had a great experience with Dr. Delange but that’s their own personal experience....not mine. I’m giving my honest experience for any one who is seeking to have a BBL. I feel this is not one of his area of expertise. I’ve been very depressed about it for years and embarrassed to speak on it until now....after getting a consultation to have another BBL correctly and being advised that Dr. Delange didn’t give me a full BBL only at the top of my buttocks. He was assuring me that it would all fill out over time which was a complete lie. I feel as though I was completely scammed. Money wasted! Confidence destroyed! Please be aware if your seeking a BBL!
