From beginning to end, everyone was very attentive to be my needs. Each person repeated why I was there and exactly what was going to happen. Dr James Kerpsack is the best. Tells you everything and also lets person with you after procedure be informed. Had 2 hiccups. Had to be poked 3 times to put in IV. Not their fault, with no drinking my veins were not cooperating. Second I was suppose to go home with ice machine to wrap around my knee. Jesse didn’t remember to give it to me. After we got home my daughter had to drive back and pick it up. When we tried to use it it leaked out, not from connections, from the water bag itself. Tried to get new one but office was closed and it is Friday. So as it is very important to have ice for swelling and inflammation my 2 nurse daughters came up with a contraption that covered my knee front and back. I suggest there be a checklist of everything the patient is suppose to go home with. It probably wouldn’t have been missed if Jesse had that. Overall very happy with the office and all employees from beginning to end! Dr James even called a few hours later to see how I was doing. Great job by all!

Staff was efficient and very professional. Dr Kerpsack was very pleasant and explained my injury and treatment options. He was thorough and did not rush. I left the office with a plan and instructions which elevated my confidence that I was in the right place

Just got home from an amazing visit with Dr. Kerpsack. He is compassionate and gives you all the attention a person needs. I feel much better by just having all my questions answered by such a knowledgeable physician. Rachel and staff are the best. Thank you for setting me on the path to healing. I highly recommend Dr. Kerpsack.
