I had a great experience at this office. I saw one of the Nurse practitioners Judy and she was great. She took the time to listen and figure out what was wrong. I would reccomend her over any primary care provider I have seen.

Dr. Presser is very knowledgeable/experienced. He is honest and cuts right to the chase which I need. He is passionate about keeping people healthy thru preventative measures. The staff are pleasant not rude. He has had quite a few NP's since I have been going there, the current one is good. My wife is going to use him now as our PCP.

As a physician myself, I was appalled by Dr. Pressers "bedside manners' and his failings in my evaluation. He attempted to schedule studies that were not indicated and has inappropriately billed me for a visit that did not occur.

THIS IS A FACTORY..I wish I could put zero (0) stars. I was a patient for over four(4) years. Never waited less than 45 minutes to an hour. the last time i waiter almost 90 minutes and walked out. I did reschedule a couple times but it was always the same.I finally made an appointment with another doctor, What a difference. So now I needed my records transferred, What a joke that was four ( 4 ) months later still nothing done ....when i called, there was nothing resembling an apology, just PURE attitude and finger pointing. I will NEVER EVER go to this office,again. Never had this bad of a doctor's experience before. Terrible and unprofessional . I have filed complaints with the Department of Health and Medical Board. NO RECORDS SENT YET.

Stay a far away from this place. They don't care about their patients only money. They ordered services with out your knowledge. Then double bill the insurance company knowingly. Pure scum.
