Jennifer Buczyner Md's Online Review Report Card

I've been seeing Dr. Buczyner for 5+ years. Dr. Buczyner takes the time to listen to my issues and concerns. She asks questions to insure her understanding. Whether testing is needed, medication or even a referral to another doctor I trust that she is choosing the best option for my situation.

Not a neurologist I want to see or any friends and family. Dr. Buckner is only comprehensive to referrals so she can charge higher. She is very dismissive to concerns and based of the response of the owner on one of these reviews gives off a reason of why it was okay to hang up on a potential new patient and pointing the finger in a way of saying what the office scheduler did was justifiable. The review response came off rude when you could have just asked for them to call and discuss the matter further. Heard Dr. PAO IS AN EXCELLENT NEUROLOGIST.

Dr. Buczyner has worked with me with two different medications to help with the migraines. I am finally on a good path. She really listens to you and makes a plan for the best results. She is very dedicated and professional to her patients . I have had wonderful experience, Excellent service. Dr. Buczyner and her staff are just caring and great .

Dr Buczyner is the best at her craft! You'd be hard-pressed to find a better Neurologist in the area. Her staff is fantastic as well, very courteous and a pleasure to speak with. The PA Arielle is superb as well! Thank you Dr Buczyner and staff!

After not being able to contact her office (leaving multiple voicemails with my cell number) I left a negative review, we recieved a call back within 30 minutes of posting the review, and “Dr. B” told us we we’re not allowed to come back to her office and she would not help us or approve the prescription (because her office wouldnt call the pharmacy back either after 4-5 attempts) unless i removed my negative review.

I always receive excellent care when visiting Dr Jennifer Buczyner. In my opinion Dr B is a superior Neurological practitioner. No matter the complexity, Dr B chooses an individualized treatment plan of care. She is a very caring person. I definitely feel that my problems are important to her and she listens! Five plus stars for Dr Buczyner

Dr. Jennifer Bucznyer dropped Austin Ritch as a patient because his girlfriend wrote a 1 star review about how hard it was to contact her office, and threatened us not to return unless we removed it. She attempted to cancel our pending prescription for Austin's MS medication, claiming it was "patient decision" to withdraw from the program. She has since paid for fake google reviews to drown out my negative honest review on google. My review was written April 12, 2022, and she sent out a letter April 14th, 2022 discharging him as a patient over the review. Since this has happened, the prescription has been on hold due to the doctor's office not returning the pharmacy's phone calls (why we wrote the review) and Austin has been experiencing horrible symptoms without his medication. We paid this office almost $500 in 2 office visits just to be dropped as soon as we have a bad experience and decided to share it with the community.

I've battled chronic migraines for more years than I can fathom. Dr Buczyner was key in getting my life back to normal. Outstanding Physician.

After I see Dr. J. Buczyner I feel assured that I am receiving the very best care for my neurological complexities. She cares for me as an individual and addresses all my problems. Dr. B is a very caring Physician.
