Jerome Spunberg's Online Review Report Card

Dr Spunberg and his entire staff are the most amazing professionals I have ever encountered. They go out of their way to accommodate their patients. I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr Spunberg taking the time to explain in detail the treatments and expectations. The office contains some of the most sophisticated and state of the art equipment found in South Florida. Dr Spunberg is a very caring and compassionate physician He will never rush a patient and he takes the time to speak with his patients on a regular basis. The entire experience of being treated for prostate cancer has been so remarkable. Others who I have talked with that have received treatment elsewhere are jealous of how well things have gone from the first visit through completion of treatments.

He's very honest. He treated both my mother and I. Unfortunately I sustained radiation injuries under his care but overall he's a good doctor. He treated my mother prior and saved her life years before my radiation. He's special but he's experienced. He has a quirky personality and loves sitting down and getting to know each patient personally. Overall he's a great doctor considering his profession. I had a tumor in an area which required radiation to be a little more aggressive but I'm grateful to be alive.

His staff was so friendly, yet professional. Dr. Spunberg took a long time to get to know me and my situation and made intelligent recommendations. It is obvious he cares for his patients as people and is not trying to push any treatment without the patient's full comfort and understanding.

We recently visited Dr. Spunberg's office to begin radiation after having a tumor removed in Miami. Dr. Spunberg was amazing, he spent over an hour with us explaining every detail about the tumor itself, upcoming radiation as well as all the options available for treatment. Unfortunately, his staff does not share is kind, patient bedside manner. I have called a few times and been interrupted mid sentence to be transferred to someone else as well as being treated rudely. Being the office manager of a medical office myself, I would highly recommend a change in management.

I absolutely love this man. My mother was referred to him by another physician for radiation treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Spunberg sat with my family for close to an hour fir our first consultation and answered all of our questions, put us at ease, and educated us about all options. In fact, he reviewed the surgery schedule and found that due to a holiday, there would be a complication and he called and had the surgery rescheduled. He is an amazing man with a huge heart.
