This man fell asleep I the middle of my appointment, in the middle of a conversation. I had to go tell his staff because he was so out that I couldn't wake him up. I took his pulse because I couldn't tell if he was alive or not! This was like 5 years ago, so I hope he's better now but he was 100% high during a bunch of my appointments and nodded off often. He just usually only did it momentarily and it could pass as being tired. The very first thing he tried for my fibromyalgia was fentanyl. No I'm not joking, he started me on a fentanyl patch when I was 20 years old. The average wait time in his waiting room is 4 hours. More than once I had appointments for 2pm and wasn't called back until 9 pm. One time he didn't see me until 11pm. Most of the time after waiting about 2 hours in a waiting room so full that there are people sitting outside, he walks into the office for the first time that day through the front door and starts finally seeing patients, he also schedules them for 3 per hour, despite having no time management skills, hence the 4-7 hour wait. And no you can't just show up late, you have to sign in and they take you in that order rather than your appointment order. It's like first come first serve. I'm pretty sure waiting for hours at a time in those awful wooden chairs screwed up my back MORE. Also once I diagnosed a patient for him while we were waiting for him to show up. We were discussing her symptoms and I told her to get her galbladder checked. She was back next month and said she had it removed at the ER, they were shocked she was walking around, thanks. She'd been seeing ehrich for 3 years. I wish this was an "everybody clapped" anecdote so much you have no idea. It's the most chaotic doctor office I've ever been to in my life, I think he's going to get someone killed, and the one time he gave me an injection he fucked it up so bad I couldn't walk for a week. He put the needle in and then swirled it around in a large circle without any local anesthesia. I still don't know why he swirled it around like my hip was a martini but he did. One time he wrote my 10mg oxycodone script as 70mg. Thank god my pharmacist caught it. Don't go here unless you're so desperate for medication that you don't care if your doctor might overdose you or make a cocktail with your tendons.
Makes no sense to me to make people come and wait hours when we have appointments for a darn reason. But he don't seem to care just does what he wants and give you what medicine he wants instead of what is needed. Don't recommend my worst enemy to even be a patient of his.
saw dr ehrich for about two months. with an appt every 2 weeks. waited 3 hours every visit for him to even show up to the office. very disorganized staff was always rude. clients in waiting room were all drug seekers who were loud. an absolutely terrible experience
nice dr ,but does not want to prescribe enough medication for pain because of bad clientele or afraid to.the bad patients make it difficult for the good ones to obtain pain relief medication as needed.
Horrible experience. Not unusual to wait 2-3 hrs for appointment. The doctor is never even in the office.. until at least 2 hours after your scheduled appointment . No treatment of any consequence...just pills so he can move on, Seems always disorganized and irritable Enough?
The wait time is rediculous, you can sit and wait to be seen for at least 3 hrs.
Got here at 12:45. 15 minutes before my 1:00 appointment. It's now 2:00 and Dr Erich isn't even IN the building. The office hours are ridiculous, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 1-5. My appointment was at 1! And I'm still waiting.. The actual office also smells horrible and lacks cleanliness. Very disappointed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
