My sister is going for a second Broncoscopy today because Dr. D didn’t get a sample the first time. Precious time has been wasted. Different doc this time. New doc truly cares! And will answer questions unlike Dr. D!

Dr De Olazabal Jr office Was at my appointment ten minutes early and checked in with office staff. They never mentioned he was running late and there were two patients in front of me. After 30 minutes I was told he had a patient with him and another in front of me. They offered to reschedule, but the was four weeks away. I will be away for two months and that is why I schedule when I had. I cancelled my appointment and said to forget everything. Poor communication and not a helpful staff. Service must only be a slogan.

I love Dr D, however his office staff leaves much to be desired. The first issue we had I let it go because heck everyone has a bad day, but today… when the dr refers you to cardiology, and the next day you book the appointment and call his office and leave a message with one of them to have the notes sent to the cardiologist and three weeks later it still isn’t done. Well if the phones go to voicemail you drive over there.. and the answer is he hasn’t signed them (the notes) so we can fax it tomorrow… just doesn’t fly… I offered to wait two hours and was told no… won’t be done. I guess I’ll speak to the partir y (elderly mom) and start the process to find a new dr.

Excellent doctors! Both doctors are very experienced and have great bedside manner. They take the time to explain things and answer all questions in a respectful way. No complaints with care!
