Dr and staff were extremely kind. Dr O spent a lot of time explaining my moms situation and next steps so she felt comfortable.

I love Dr D, however his office staff leaves much to be desired. The first issue we had I let it go because heck everyone has a bad day, but today… when the dr refers you to cardiology, and the next day you book the appointment and call his office and leave a message with one of them to have the notes sent to the cardiologist and three weeks later it still isn’t done. Well if the phones go to voicemail you drive over there.. and the answer is he hasn’t signed them (the notes) so we can fax it tomorrow… just doesn’t fly… I offered to wait two hours and was told no… won’t be done. I guess I’ll speak to the partir y (elderly mom) and start the process to find a new dr.

Dr Olazabal is a great Dr he takes time to listen to me.And always encourages me to do better.

He was very kind and thorough which I appreciate as someone who sees a lot of specialist and has autoimmune issues. He addressed everything and his office staff was nice.

Very thorough, detailed, professional physician who has a great bedside manner in hospital & office. Staff is very friendly and considerate.

I had a scaping of the lung to be biopsied on Friday.by Dr D SR.....who was very sweet and kind during my times with him...it's Tues and I have never heard from anyone .....not "how am I feeling"...nothing. So I call the office to see when they will know about biopsies and they put me on hold for 7 minutes. I call back and a different woman answers, I tell her I had a procedure on Friday. She wants to know what it was ....I don't know what it is called...so she tells me she doesn't know what I am talking about AND that they have a room full of patients....... I say ....isn't it right there in my records?,,,, ..she then proceeds to say "I know you're upset but won't be talked to like this"...don't know what she was referring to because I did nothing but ask questions.........then hangs up on me... This is a first for me. The doctors have TOO MANY PATIENTS AND NOT ENOUGH HELP. So they wind up being rude and hurried. She was not helpful, empathetic, or respectful. Don't know her name. I hope her loved ones don't ever have to go through this. Wonder how she would feel then. The scraping of the lung, caused pain two days later and my mouth was injured by the tube they tape to you... I just needed to know when the result of the biopsy was due in, to see if i have cancer or not.....and this is what I got.....so easy to be nice and say "we don't have results yet but we will call as soon as we do" and "it usually takes X amount of days......just something. She "knows" I am upset so her remedy is to hang up on me. So I am unaware of the how long before I find out if I have a terrible situation or not. Dr D SR should know that his office is NOT a reflection of his kind nature......

Meeting with Dr. D is a treat. He's warm, funny and an excellent clinician. I highly recommend him.

I saw a number of patients,as a Home Health RN,of the Senior Docs patient's, before I saw him myself.He is amazing and a brilliant physician.His son was taught well.

Dr DeOlazabal jr is an amazing doctor you feel like your the only one that's important.he really listens to your concerns and treats you accordingly.I have asthma and some heart issues and he's the only one that got my asthma and bronchitis under control. his staff is caring and amazing so very thankful we found him.
