Couldn't ask for a better doctor he's the best

I've been a patient of Dr. Giaimo for several years now, and finally I can breathe enough to get around and do minor tasks. The oxygen definitely has made a huge impact on my quality of life. Stage 4 very severe copd, and getting better with Doctor Joseph Giaimo's help, and treatments. I highly recommend Doctor Joseph Giaimo! And his incredible team of professionals, like big Josh! Just a professional group of incredible people, all around!

I am happy to share my experience with Dr. Giaimo yesterday. I walked in to office without an appointment in the hopes of setting one up, however, the helpful staff said to take a seat. I waited 30 minutes and to my relief and surprise, I was seen by Dr. G himself; 20 minutes later, X-ray ordered, meds sent to pharmacy, follow-up on 2 weeks. My mom, who has since passed, started as his patient many years ago, and now I’m grateful to be in his care. 5 stars!!

I had not seen Dr. Giaimo in over five years. I was very sick and reached out to the office, they got me in the next day. After being sick for five months, within 2.5 weeks with appropriate and thorough assessment, diagnosis and treatment, I am thrilled to be feeling better, back to normal. This office staff are so frustrating…. After numerous calls I finally got an appointment via telephone with them for my mother in law (who is supposed to be an established patient) to discover 20 minutes prior to the appointment they cancelled it. Office staff said they called and left a message on the phone number that I advised them was not with her as she is in a rehab facility. So now we have to find a new pulmonologist. All of this after numerous calls regarding the possibility of my mil needing an oxygen evaluation with no follow up from their office staff. I would avoid this dr’s office at all costs.

Staff is wonderful! Very attentive, courteous and professional. Doc explains issues clearly and precisely. I am an RN and was very impressed with my care and office staff.

Showed up at the Doctor's office and he wasn't there. Natalie just changed appointment because she said referrals weren't there... but they were. This was the 3rd reschedule due to the Doctor being out of the office. We will not go back due to incompetence.

I recommended my husband to him because I had seen him s few years back and I really liked him but now he only does virtual appointments on the phone and you can never get thru to the office we will be changing doctors

Probably the worst doctor experience of my life. The doctor only saw you via Zoom calls. I spent $275 doing a sleep study done and was recommended a CPAP device. The administrative office is a complete mess, staff person, is incompetent, can’t do simple tasks like have the doctor sign a prescription so medical equipment can be shipped. There is no accountability by anyone there, not sure how they can successfully treat patients. After trying since June to get the equipment I have given up, I will start the whole process all over again with a new doctor.

Dr Giaimo is the worst Polmonary doctor in whole palm beach area... never see he's patients only by phone call wich is so ridiculous!!! I can't even begin to tell you how unacceptable and ignorant that is!!!! don't waste your time to go see him because all he's staff it's gonna tell you that he will call you ! Really doctor ? So if I have serious lung problems you are goin to cure me through the phone ???? Yea sure f... This thanks alot for nothing and you should be ashamed of yourself !!! And not call your self a doctor !
