List of Jupiter Medical Center's Reviews
My wife went here after she cut 2 fingers while useing the outside trimmer. Her fingers had to be stiched because the cuts were nasty . The staff were very friendly. They all WERE wearing masks acted professionly. The nurse practicioner Jennifer cleaned the wounds studied them carefully to make sure that it was not necessary to go to the ER. It turned out that she was able to get them stiched up but made sure that my wife was aware of possible danger signs later. We have used this location a few times have always been very pleased with the level of service provided. My wife has to go back for a wound check in 2 days i am confident that she will have the same level of service.AAA+++
They will treat you like a leper if you go there for a Covid test. I asked for a PCR confirmation and they just gave me the rapid and said that was good enough. Staff is very rude. They have no business being in the medical field. I would avoid this place at all costs the one down the street is much better and they’re much nicer.
When at all possible I try not to leave reviews that are negative… However sometimes it is warranted… I will say the place was clean… That was about all I can say as far as positivity.I called first… To ask about a Covid test… On the phone they said no appointment was necessary and I can just walk in.The lady was rude… Treated me like a pariah because I might have Covid… Made me stay outside because of it in the heat which I can understand but it was her attitude that bugged me. “you can’t be in here if you have symptoms” Lots of people got to go in before me that arrived after me… She said she would call me on the phone when they were ready for me… Never heard a word. Still waiting after an hour in the heat Really nice for someone who might be sick with Covid right? A Separate waiting area might be nice…Not a great experience so far Came here only because it was the closest clinic to my house that was offering a Covid test … but I won’t be coming back. Some training on customer service may be warranted
Hate to have to do it but my son was exposed to COVID after attending basketball camp. He wore his mask as much as was possible but he now has symptoms.Called to see which test I could get for a 9year old and how soon we could get it. First I appreciate that a human being answered the phone once choosing from a quick menu. The patience and helpfulness from the person who answered the phone was a pleasant surprise as well.Checked into the clinic with little problem. Reception was friendly and clear. My only concern is the lack of privacy for people checking in at the PGA location. The foyer echos and anyone can hear your phone address and SYMPTOMS Surely that cant be good.I am now waiting in my car to be called in. Ill complete my review at the conclusion of this sad adventure.Addendum after getting called in for my son to take his antigen test I have to say that I was disappointed in the care from our PA Brad. The nurse said he was awesome but we got the test he gave us resultswhich were not what we wanted to hearand basically sent us on our way. Mind you I had my 2year old with me. In retrospect amp had I been thinking clearly I shouldve asked to get myself and my toddler tested immediately. Sadly Brad had nothing else to offer but just tylenol for his headache. No recommendations to take the PCR or for the rest of my family to get tested. I did end up coming back the next day to test myself my toddler and my teenager. Now THAT PA was phenomenal Above and beyond and super helpful. I think her name was Amy but I honestly cant be sure which Im sad about.
Was incredibly surprised to see nurses walking into the building and through the waiting room with no masks on and then when I was called in back to have my procedure done they were all sitting around next to each other without any masks on in patient areas. Made absolutely no sense to me that the medical professionals are not wearing masks? Ridiculous.
I checked in at 1045 I have been waiting since just to do a drug screen for a job It’s now 1215 and my bladder feels like it’s going to explode I’m going to be sure my employer does NOT use this testing site ever again Mind you the waiting room is completely empty 😡
Very friendly staff. Clean office and exam rooms. Highly recommend.
This place was closed due to the COVID 19 and they directed me to the Med Care Clinic in Abacoa plaza. The nurses were angles. The Medical Group of South Florida is my doctors office and they did not have any opens to see me as a patient of the medical group and in pain they told me to go see Med Care. I can not believe that they would turn away their own patients.
Professional caring staff giving appropriate diagnoses.
A very clean and welcoming atmosphere with a highly competent staff. As good as you can do for a walkin clinic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
