dr michels saw me w/o an appointment on the same day i was referred to him by a colleague for retinal cysts. this in itself was certainly above and beyond normal procedure for doctors and relieved much of my medical anxiety over the issue. since the initial referral i have been under his care and progress is being made in this serious medical matter thanks to his knowledge and skill and a great support team. my good luck! i understand his associates are a "chip off the old block".

Dr Michels is a miracle workers, at first I was legally blind and now I see!!! I am so grateful for Dr. Michele’s and his entire staff, they are kind efficient. Five Stars doesn’t do them justice.... they are a 10 Stars in my book!

Five years ago, I had bleeding in my right eye. I was referred to Dr. Michels at Retina Care Specialists. After a series of nine Lucentis shots, I finished my treatment and was cleared. Just recently, I was hit in the eye with a tennis ball and developed macular edema in the right eye. I went back to Dr. Michels and he gave me another shot to clear up the fluid. He is very knowledgeable and so professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Michels and the Retina Care Specialists for any eye treatments you may need.

My wife had some worrisome symptoms on a Sunday. Dr. Michels was happy to come in and examine her and reassure her. She said he was patient and understanding. She has had positive experiences with this entire practice. We would recommend them to anyone. Professional, experienced and kind.

I met Dr Mark Michels under stressful circumstances. I was diagnoised with a retinal detachment. Dr. Michels listened to my concerns and assured me that he could help me. This happened in 2015. I was put on his surgery schedule for the next day. He had a full surgical schedule that Friday, but did my surgery first. I had to see him 24 hours later for a follow up to the surgery. That happened to be a Saturday morning when his office was closed, but I was seen that day by Dr. Michels in his West Palm Beach office. I will be forever grateful for his care and concern for me a as a person and patient. I am still seeing Dr. Michels for routine yearly check ups 4 years later.
