Dr. Mark Murphy is knowledgeable and dedicated to details. His pleasant demeanor and artistic approach of each and every individual preferences of his patients is consistently apparent. It is important to him that your procedure is what YOU want, but never, ever compromises his patients’ health and well-being. I take him seriously, and he takes me seriously, but he always makes me feel happy and well appreciated. Going to his office is always a happy, pleasant experience, with no stress, thanks also, to his amazing staff. If you want plastic facial surgery, do your homework, but make sure that includes meeting Dr. Mark Murphy! It will be the smartest thing you do in this journey. I am so pleased!

I am finished with my third week of cosmetic surgery. I could not be happier. The result was excellent but the excellence is a result of not just great surgery but also pre care preparation and aftercare follow up. My procedure looks natural and the office took the time to find out what I wanted, prepare for the procedure and followed up over a 12 day period. I very rarely, if ever take the time to write reccomendations but in this case I will go out of m way to thank Dr Murphy and his staff for a job really well done.

I have had 6 facial surgery consults and by far I was most impressed with Dr. Murphy and his entire staff. From the moment I walked into his office I felt I was welcome and Dr. Murphy saw me immediately for my consultation. Dr. Murphy presented what his course of action would be for my face, which did not include some of the other procedures other surgeons had recommended, of which I was grateful. From pre-op to post surgery my experience has been remarkable and I’m so grateful that I chose Dr. Murphy to preform this surgery. One of the deciding factors in choosing him was that Dr. Murphy only does facial surgery. Also after being with him and his staff that first visit I knew this was the place I wanted to be. I am very pleased with my results. And my friends are very impressed with my results as well. Thank you Dr.Murphy and all the fabulous ladies that make up his staff. I want to thank Dr. Murphy and his team for the beautiful rhinoplasty I received. From the moment we met, Mr. Murphy was friendly and informative. It is important for my satisfaction and peace of mind to ask lots of questions about his thought process behind my procedure, and he always provided me the information I needed. In our 6 encounters start to finish, I never once felt rushed or pressured in any respect; rather, the whole experience felt inviting and warm. In our first meeting, he created a computer simulation of the result he felt he could achieve and explained to me that he referenced that in detail before performing surgery. When I asked how long the surgery took, he explained that he could have performed the surgery faster than the ~3 hours it took but that he prefers to really take his time and fine tune the details. While there is still swelling, I can already tell what a beautiful, natural result he was able to achieve that, most importantly, reflects what I had envisioned. Prior to finding this office, I’d visited a number of well-respected plastic surgeons between Boca and Palm Beach and felt something was always amiss – either scheduling was disorganized, or the support staff wasn’t adequately trained, or cleanliness/ambience was an afterthought. In my opinion, a surgeon’s personality is reflected not only in the operating room but also in every aspect of how he runs his business and treats his patients, and it’s clear in every respect that Dr. Murphy is an exceptionally detail-oriented individual. Maria and Savannah were both available to me via text message and responded immediately to my various requests (e.g., Savannah knew I had a 45 min drive from home and would text me ahead of time if Dr. Murphy was finished with surgery earlier or later than expected so I was never waiting around, and Maria answered my many questions about the pre-op and surgical process). The nurse anesthetist was a pleasure to work with, and the staff even sent me flowers after my procedure.

Where do I start! You obviously start with finding the best surgeon to do a rhinoplasty but the entire team at Dr. Murphy's was incredible during the entire process. Tiffany helped me set up a consultation during a time that worked when I would be in FL, Melissa and Savanna were incredible with all the details for pre-op, all the lab work that needed to happen as well as post op. I truly felt like the only patient they had at each point, so cared for. The anesthesiologist had the best "champagne in your veins" and eased my fear of the needle. Dr. Murphy also did an incredible job. My nose is natural, straight and looks like it belongs with my face haha. The whole process was perfect!

Extremely unprofessional narcissistic physician. .

Dr. Mark Murphy is highly competent, extraordinarily professional, compassionate and humble at every touch from the first consult through pre-surgery, surgery and follow-up. This is also consistent with every member of his team as well. I chose carefully after 4 consults with highly respected plastic surgeons in Palm Beach County over 2 years before selecting Dr. Murphy. It was the best possible decision and terrific outcome.
