Just came on here to say my experience when I got checked up on a couple days ago was really nice and I felt very appreciated, at the front desk Nephy and Tiffany was really on top of things and she was super nice to me I really appreciated them ((:

The BEST place, the BEST staff! We had the best experience! There was barely a wait, they even had bottles of water for you in the fridge! Francisco was so friendly & all the other staff were also! This will be my #1 go to for urgent matters!

The guy at the front desk was entirely rude and annoyed by my presence from the second I walked in. I don't know if he was busy watching his soap operas or what was going on because the entire time I was there I was the only patient and he was still thoroughly annoyed. He sent me 5 mi north to another MD now to get my chest x-ray only for me to arrive and find out that they can't do chest x-rays there. So when I called to ask him why he did that unbeknownst to him on speakerphone instead of taking responsibility for his mistake and apologizing he went on to badmouth the staff at that location who hadn't done anything wrong but it was suddenly their fault instead of his rude people is all I've encountered in the six different MD nows I've have had to go to. When this chest x-ray is over I will never never never trust this business to get anything right. I haven't seen yet a person working at any of these front desks. That is even slightly nice. They are all so upset to be there. I don't know why they just don't quit. I've never seen staff at multiple locations try so hard to find a way to not treat a patient and NOT take my money. I'm thoroughly confused as to how this business stays open. However I will say each nurse and doctor I have encountered have been very pleasant.
