Love Dr Chidester! He has twice been my Dr at Gardens and am now using him as my primary. He has a great attitude and is very practical- which is refreshing in this day and age!

If I could leave zero starts I would. We gave him FMLA paperwork to fill out as my mother was caring for my brother while he was in icu. My brother sadly passed away. It took over a month to get these papers filled out. Receptionist is super rude and isn’t accommodating because they didn’t even send the papers back to my mom even though she has to sign them. They said we can mail them or someone can come pick them up. Lady we don’t live in Florida and mail them?? With Christmas coming around and the fact that she hasn’t been at work in over a month and needs these papers.

I had my first app with Dr Chiderster today he was very pleasant and didn't hesitate to do my paperwork for me to return to work.

Dr Chister and staff have always been, thorough, kind, and caring. From the Front desk, his nurse Laura to Dr C. Been seeing them for at least 25 years (Laura has been there for that long too) would not go anywhere else. Even when my insurance switched I still went to him and paid cash for my visits. Highly recommended.

Great office and staff. Readily available when my mother is acutely ill. Dr. Chidester is compassionate and thorough.

Everyone agrees the dr is great, but the staff and service outside of the good Dr is that of a Russian circus. Not sure how or why this team was assembled but they try very hard at ruining the offices reputation day in day out.

I have not one single complaint towards the nurses at Palm Beach Gardens hospital. But I pray for you if you have to deal with Dr. Chidester. The only thing he’s worth is being negligent, dismissive, and just downright rude. Extremely confrontational as well, not only with me as a patient but with my mother as well. When I told him I felt my care I was receiving didn’t feel adequate, he laughed and said “I highly doubt that.” Not one test result was read to my from my time spent in the ER or thru admission under his care.
