We had an appointment for my husband set for three months and Kimmy from the office called us the day before to cancel his appointment. She claimed that Dr. Jacobs doesn’t take patients who have seen other urologist previously!! When I initially made the appointment, I told the office staff I spoke to that we were looking for a second opinion. In addition, I spoke to someone regarding the records that I was going to send over from his previous Urologist just last week. We asked to speak to the office manager and was told that she wasn’t there but that they had spoken to her, Lori and that l this was Dr. Jacobs policy.He does not see people who have been to any other urologist previously. They claimed that the office staff that I spoke to was new and didn’t know what they were doing even though I spoke to different people on different occasions. Point blank they just don’t care. Glad we saved the time and headache of having to deal with the practice in person.

Might be the worst doctor in Jupiter. Dot your I’s and cross your T’s with this staff. Clueless, heartless , inconsiderate and a lot of attitude from a “nurse”. Stay away and save yourself the trouble

In the last few years, I’ve dealt with two serious conditions requiring a Urologist. One required a referral to a Radiologist, while a second has required in office treatments on a regular basis over the past few years. I was further treated by Dr. Jacobs as a hospital outpatient on two occasions. My background and experience with Dr. Jacobs is extensive. He is absolutely everything you could want in an MD. Clearly knowledgeable, experienced and caring, he has an excellent personal manner while advising all you need to know about your situation in clear layman’s language. Dr. Jacobs is a solo practitioner (a real plus for me) with, knowledgeable and professional staff backing him up. Somehow, and remarkably, I have been taken on time on my many visits. Without being overly dramatic, I believe the care of Dr. Jacobs has maintained and prolonged my quality of life.
