I was in the hospital for four days and have making care. The nurses are goddesses not nurses
Rude, not patient and unprofessional!
Unfortunately, I did not receive the expected care in the emergency room at this hospital. I went in with a lot of pain and left two hours later with the same intensity of pain. Triage attendants, doctors and nurses without empathy, I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for the doctor on duty, after his visit I spent another hour waiting to be medicated for pain and they did not do the necessary tests, based on my report of pain for a more accurate diagnosis. I needed it, according to the doctor I could return to my normal activities the next day, which was not true due to my level of pain and his incomplete diagnosis. I had to go back to the emergency room at another hospital in the region for new care. Honestly, I shouldn't have to pay a penny for so much inefficiency at this hospital and its entire team.
For a total of 19 days, our love one was in ICU in a critical state. Unfortunately she passed October 25th, 2023 at 8:15pm. I must say there were two nurses that went beyond the call of duty to help my family. Alexis, whom I found out later that was a young nurse but she was dedicated to the cause. The other nurse was Mary Wallace who never gave up and fought they fight alone side the patient til the very end. Words cannot described the feelings and emotions that we all experienced because of these two great nurses. If it had not been for them our love one would have died before this time. We are so appreciative of the extra time given because of their knowledge and professionalism during this terrible dilemma. Thank you Alexis and Mary Wallace! We love you both because you cared enough to care enough. May God forever be a Blessing to you both…… Ernestine Fance, Trina Green and Terrill Beasley
My mother had surgery there last week and we thought we were in good hands but we were not, at all! The surgery itself went fine... her doctor and the pre-op staff was top notch but recovery was a nightmare. I asked for pain meds and they said she just took them. I was delirious myself so trusted them but turned out she didn't get them! It had been way past due and I was absolutely right. I asked for help multiple times with the call button and never got a response. Even when someone did show up I referenced the call and they had no clue what I was talking about. When we were discharged we asked that the nurse check the Band-Aid, he did and said it was fine. Well, ok. Our discharge papers were completely generic and not at all helpful. The pain med script wasn't sent to the right pharmacy, the home health nurse came and agreed that she could not understand the directions and couldn't help. Luckily she was amazing and moved mountains to give my mom some care and she is coming back to finish the task. By the way, that band-aid was NOT fine and the nurse had make shift a solution since my mother is a type 1 diabetic and cannot risk an infection. So disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend that hospital but i DO HOPE THAT they will tighten up the nuts and bolts because I realize how overwhelmed hospitals are right now.

This review is for the wound care/ostomy team at Gardens. I have been in 3 hospitals since receiving my ostomy and no one was more knowledgeable or helpful than Lisa and Tiffany. Then I had surgery and the wound became infected. They were able to heal it in 4 days when I had been struggling with it for weeks. They truly are amazing at what they do!
Er was great. Just got out. Everyone was sweet
Beside myself with lack of care and overall communication from the entire staff at this hospital. The nurse for room 246 on 9/3/23 could not even tell me how many doses my mother had received for the treatment of Covid. Never saw an actual doctor. I’m sure there a few good professionals there, this for profit organization needs some major overhaul.
I wasn’t given bath towels, never offered my first meal until I questioned, felt like a disturbance for asking questions because the nurses left me in the dark about everything. Met the manager of the 2nd floor ,Victoria , as well as the director of nursing services of the second floor, Shawn. I initially reviewed this hospital and they showed up to my room concerned about the review and promised better care, so I removed it. They handed out cards with numbers that were unanswered or out of service. I was surprised with the entire visit while dealing with my painful condition. The ER and cat scanning team were actually super friendly , caring , and focused. The kitchen staff was friendly as well. If you anticipate staying in the hospital for a few days or have a slight possibility , try to make it to Jupiter

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
