Paul D Mendoza's Online Review Report Card

Have been to Dr. Quintero in this office and she was nice, but I needed someone in the WPB location since I moved. Regarding Dr. Mendoza, I can't personally say anything about the doctor because after 3 weeks of trying to get an appointment with him, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I left 4 messages, sent my medical records over 2x, had my neurologist fax them over 2x, spoke with a medical assistant who was going to pass a message for Dr. Mendoza's assistant to call me. NOTHING. I have yet heard back. I gave up waiting since this was an emergency. I have found a new doctor.

I never got to meet Dr Mendoza and had the same awful experience as another reviewer. I have been trying for three weeks to make an appointment to see him with no success. Tabatha was impossible to deal with. She tells you to have medical records sent over but never follows up. Needless to say I’ve told my primary care doctor not to refer this office to others.

Staff but mainly TABITHA should be fired! Rude, Unprofessional, never picks up the phone and never answers messages. Dr. Mendoza you need to know this: A doctor is ONLY as good as his staff. They are destryong your business!

Went for the first time to Dr Mendoza’s office… Horrible experience with his secretary TABITHA. So rude, unprofessional. I walked in said Hi.. didnt even acknowledge me (and she heard me).. spoke under her breath..said “ that must be the new patient, Im not taking care of her”. And said something else I couldn't hear. Very nasty lady, very nasty mouth. She should be fired! I had called for days and TABITHA never returned my call. I had to dial in as a physician to get a hold of someone and got through to Daisy who is a gem! TABITHA should be replaced with someone who wants to really work and someone who is professional and customer service oriented and someone who is ethical enough to return calls. So unfortunate this reflects so poorly on the physician practice. Leave your disgusting attitude and frustrations at home TABITHA. Dr Mendoza’s patients and NEW patients dont need this awful experience with NASTY people like you.. we need compassionate staff and staff who cares about the patient/customer.. Dr Mendoza this is ruining your business. TABITHA has the nerve to tell me there is no office manager once I asked to speak to her.. Daisy was nice enough to give me her number. I placed a call, I hope to get a call back. To make matters worse I didnt even get to see the doctor, TABITHA made sure I didnt.. what a nasty, selfish, disgusting peace of thing.

I did a teledoc appointment with Dr. Mendoza. He was very attentive and I felt he really listened to my health concerns and addressed the issues. Highly recommend him.

I never met him, but his staff are the epitome of rude. They are hard to get a hold of. Unable to schedule appointments, 3 messages later I got a return call from Tabitha who was as gentle as a rattlesnake. She didn't have my info in front of her (which a referral was REQUIRED to set an appointment) when she did call me back. The office staff took no responsibility for it's poor communications "I don't know what to tell you". I was told "quite frankly Dr. Mendozza doesn't like people who are rude like you." I'd rather see a snake charmer for my medical needs than go to this office.

Appointment was on time as scheduled. Dr. Mendoza was very courteous and caring. After examining my neck and shoulder, which I could hardly move, he injected it with cortisone. By next morning the stiffness and pain was gone. I am able to move my neck properly. Fast and great service.

Office staff is horrendous. Phone calls are not answered or returned. The personnel are rude and unprofessional. They drag their feet with authorizations, close before their office hours are over and don’t make any effort at communication. I am appalled at the lack of care my husband is receiving to the point of negligence because the office can’t get it together to have him approved and scheduled for medicine. Even spoke to the after hours answering service out of desperation since they take half days on Fridays and the operator hung up on me. This could be the best doctor in the world but who would know when you can never even get an appt scheduled? Horrendous.

Dr. Mendoza is the best. He is very knowledgeable about autoimmune disease. The office is clean.

Dr. Mendoza was great. He was persistent in finding my rare condition. He really helped me understand my condition. The treatment has been excellent. He’s very patient, caring and knowledgeable.
