Raymond Tsao's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Tsao is an amazing doctor...very thorough, mild mannered and just plain nice. Always explains everything in layman's terms, returns phone calls in a timely manner. 5 stars!

Dr. Tsao is very knowledgeable and keeps up with current scholarship on lymphomas and gastrointestinal cancer. No matter how busy the day, he spends all the time necessary to explain my condition and answer any questions. He focuses on what is important to me and my health. Highly recommended.

I was amazed by the service received from Dr.Tsao, words cannot define his outstanding service. I m 76 years old and have been around the block visiting doctors , never experienced one so patient, so thorough , so professional . I have an HMO AND NORMALLY doctors come in n out in 5 mins, not him. He literally showed me on the computer the details of my blood test, my previous reports etc etc. May God give him a long life and all my blessing.

Dr Tsao treated me for NHL and early stage of MM before we moved. I do miss him and Christina his nurse practitioner. The entire staff was very kind and pleasant to me and my family. I moved out of state and appreciate them very much.

Dr. Tsao is an outstanding hematologist. I visited him after recent ER visit due to stroke like symptoms. The moment he walked in, he already knew all my extensive test results from the hospital then went over every results kindly explaining what each numbers meant. He also thoroughly tested after I showed him my concerns over b12 numbers. I have health anxiety and recently went through battles after my husband's stage 4 cancer diagnosis. He understood my PTSD and ruled out possible scary scenarios that could cause spiked b12 numbers. He also advised me on how to tackle if my some physical symptoms don't get better. I felt I was in such mighty hands. I wish all other docs in this country were like him. If it were my decision, I would change my husband's oncologist to be Dr. Tsao in a heartbeat.

Dr. Tsao is an excellent clinician, he reviews and explains my test results. Yes, he is very serious and it is hard to get him to smile. However, as a doctor, he presents the various options he has researched for my cancer, listens and answers my questions. I feel very confident under his care.

I showed up at a bit early for my appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly reception staff, I was then brought back to the nurse station before my appointment time. I met with Dr. Tsao's PA (wish I could remember her name) she was very friendly, efficient, and informative. I then met with Dr. Tsao, all I can say is wow! he was the best doctor I have met with in a long time. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday morning he was on the phone discussing outcome of test's. Fortunately for me everything was OK, but I knew I was in the best hands if things went sideways. I would highly recommend Raymond Tsao and his wonderful team if you find a need for his services. Our family had an awful experience here. He triple billed us for lab bills,admitted mistakes said he’d take care of it and is the president of this organization refuse to call us back. We finally got stuck with the bill despite her insurance company saying that to pay it. He is a scam artist.

I would never recommend this doctor. Easy to get an appointment because he is very average. Spends 5 minutes to discuss serious conditions. Billing department overcharges and doesn't return calls. Wait for a good physician and avoid this mess.
