Dr Leano cares and will never stop trying to find a resolution for ur pain. He is the best and so are is staff.

Dr, Leano himself is fantastic----very kind and compassionate and knowledgable -however: the front office receptionist is extremely rude and snippy- several times she has called the day before a scheduled appointment saying the referral has not been sent by my Primary physician. she did this yesterday at 5pm-with my appt. scheduled for this morning at 9:45! I called Humana-they stated they HAD approved and sent the Referral. I called my Primary Dr. and they also said they had sent the referral-for 3 visits. Called Leano's receptionist again-she said they only get "one visit referral at a time and it still has not been sent and I need to call my Primary and request that they send it". Called Humana back AND my Primary and they both stated that it is NOT the Patient's responsibility to call for the Referral--that the pain management office is supposed to call the Primary and request it---and NOT the day before the appointment! Called Leano's receptionist yet again and re-stated this-and she refuted this and said no-they only get one visit at a time and i need to call Primary and request it. I said I need to speak with Dr. Leano on the phone then. She said I CAN'T ----that I must make an appt. to see him to speak with him! I said if you cannot get him to just give me a simple courtesy call on the phone then I need to find a new Pain Management Dr. , and was going to file a complaint with the Board of Health. She said fine, and hung up on me!

Dr. Leano is a professional and extremely kind dr. He has true compassion for people suffering with chronic pain. He has helped me a lot, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ricardo Leano is very supportive in helping me through the intense pain that I go through on a daily basis not to mention his staff in the office was very cordial and efficient. I highly recommend if you need help through your trying times of pain to go see Dr. Leano.
