On my first visit with Dr Pattem I was very please with her services at Conviva Wellington. She was very thorough and knowledgeable of her work. Her treatment recommendations helped me to recuperate and get back to my normal life. I was very disappointed I couldn’t see her again for follow up as she left conviva. I’m very grateful for her care of me. I hope to see her again.

Although Dr. Pattem could receive more stars, the fact that I called the office, spoke to the person at the front desk, and left multiple messages, including the on-call line, when I left town and needed my prescription filled in an emergency while away; I never received a call back and was out of my meds for 3 days!. I finally had to reach another practitioner to get my medication filled. Unfortunately, I will be changing physicians due to the non-responsiveness of the office as a whole. It is a very unsettling feeling and could have been a disaster.
