I WAS A PT OF DR, LEVI MINZI WHEN HE FIRST GOT STARTED IN THIS COUNTRY. I WAS MIS-DIAGNOSED, MY EEG WAS IGNORED, BUT HE DID KNOW I WAS DISABLED AT THAT TIME, (I KNEW THAT I WAS ALSO, BUT DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG) I KNEW THE KEY WAS IN MY ABNORMAL EEG...MORE PHYSICAL TESTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT THE TIME AS IT WAS COMPLICATED BY BEING ABUSED(THERE WERE PHYSICAL INJURIES LEFT UNDIAGNOSED) THOUGH HE SAID TO ME HE REALLY WAS NOT SURE THE DIAGNOSIS, HE WROTE ONE TO GET ME MY DISABILITY...HE IS A PASSIONATE, LOVING, KIND PERSON AND DOCTOR...HE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME BUT WITH A WRONG DIAGNOSIS, I NEVER DID PROSPER, I HOPE THE RECORD IS CORRECTED.
