I was told that my son had to get a “root canal” done but , after seeing a previous Endodontist that could not treat my son, I started searching for other dentists/ Endodontics that would treat him . Family Dentist of Palm Beach not only treated my son but, saved my son’s tooth from a root canal but, saved me from the stress of not being capable of helping my son. Thank you Dr. Español and staff for all your help and kindness showed to us from the moment I called to the moment we walked out.

Dr. Sirivolu and her entire staff are the most friendliest Doctors office I have ever been to. They really make you feel that you are part of their family. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

It was an answer to my prayers when I found Dr. Sirivolu as my dental provider. The office is calm and welcoming with smooth music playing. During my visits, I often noticed one or two patients in the waiting room, never too many. They sent me reminders for appointments and always pleasant when addressing me. I have been blessed with excellent hygienists. They have been gentle and caring. They interact with me in a caring and friendly manner. After treatments I always get escorted to the lobby.

I thought the service from start to finish was amazing. It was great to have a dentist office ready for me at my appointment time. I checked in and was brought back within five minutes. I had the best check up and cleaning, that's right both in the same day, that I have ever had in 40 years. From check in to check out it was a wonderful and refreshing experience at the dentist. Thank you to the staff at Family Dentist of Palm Beach. I will be back and referring you to family and friends.

While this dentist was very nice, I still ended up leaving the office with bone fragments or food particles in my gum. Telling me to get crowns to correct problem. Very hard sell to the tune of $6000. All I wanted was the fragments to be taken out whatever they are. Going back for cleaning since I already paid for it. Will see my regular dentist next month.

I recently went to this dentist for a cleaning and x-rays. The staff was very professional and courteous. The hygienist was very careful and made the experience pleasant. However... I had a concern about some discomfort and was told that it was fine but instead was told of a problem with another tooth on the other side of my mouth with no pain. When I looked at the x-rays with Dr. Sunitha, the particular image that she tried to pull up was unreadable with a bunch of lines through it. Instead of taking it over and proving to me that there was a crack I was promptly told me I would need a procedure to fix it. On top of that, there was an attempt to sell me on cosmetic procedures at the cost of over $1000 per tooth. My teeth are in great shape and a lot of money was spent to get them to this point. I didn't appreciate that at all. The appointment was promptly made to resolve the cracked tooth and payment was collected. I am thinking of getting my money back and getting a second opinion. Dr. Sunitha is very nice, but I was not pleased with this experience.

Caring dentist and friendly assistants! I like how Dr Sunitha and her staff make you feel comfortable. I have been to other places where you just feel like a number. I came to this office for a second opinion. I am glad I did, she answered my questions (I had lots of them) and she also brought me in for a consultation with the specialist at no cost. The work was done quickly and I didn't have to go to different offices, and her team was compassionate throughout. I recommend her to my friends & co-workers.

Worst dentist. Lied to me about things that needed to be done. Over charged, won't refund. Charging me and my insurance company for procedures that were not done, and for procedures that are supposed to be done by the dentist and only the hygienist worked on my mouth and is still billed as if it was the doctor. Lied and said one of the hygienists was a specialist.. Did my research.. That was a lie... Horrible.. Fraud.. Rude when I confronted them about it . Tried to make me sign a hush hush agreement so it wouldn't go public and said that was the only way to get my money back. I am currently working on the letters for the BBB, insurance company, and dentistry board.
