It has been 13 months ago in April since my experience with Dr. Pane. I can truly say I had my reservations with the process before surgery. Being that I am a medical professional myself. I will say has a great bedside manner and would recommend him to everyone who is looking for a good plastic surgeon. I am still a work in progress but no regrets 👍

Great bedside manners. Great outcomes. He will take his time to listen to you, knows what he is doing. He is genuinely a nice guy.

I scheduled my surgery with Dr. pane a few months ago. No one informed me at the time that the doctor will be moving surgery centers. The customer Service that I have received at unique aesthetic center is horrible. I have made at least eight contacts with them, requesting my refund. I do not have access to the portal, is the only way you can request a refund is through the portal. I once gained access and they don’t have my deposit on file, I no longer have access. I asked for a complaint department or to leave it a complaint, they won’t give any other information on how to contact anyone rather than just leaving a message. Claudia who they won’t provide any other information on is said to be the general manager. Claudia can you please reach out . This is ridiculous!! I feel like this is a scam. I don’t recommend unique aesthetic center at all. To risk putting your life in obviously unqualified hands that can’t even return a phone call prior to surgery????. Hell no!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! And and shame on Dr. Payne‘s team for not notifying prospective/actual clients that you would no longer be at a certain location!! I’ve had five other consultations and this has been the most horrible experience!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!!!

Dr.pane was totally cool gave me different ideas about my tummy tuck. And I told him as a doctor to choose the best for me he did and I love my results just hate going through the healing process 😩

I have scheduled surgery with Dr. Payne at on October 17, 2020 so far I will not hurt or help my approval can notify that the surgery was canceled and that they were booked until 2021. I hate works for Jolie Plastic Surgery and they are unprofessional they have lost my paperwork they have lied about not getting some of my paperwork and you call the transfer you or the hang on you. As of today I haven’t heard from the doctor I’m losing my deposit for the surgery and the plane ticket and hotel that I already paid for, like I said this is unprofessional And fraudulent. So if you’re planning to do business with them I suggest that should be very very careful. Currently I am trying to reach Dr. Payne directly I called his private office they informed me that he has patience from Jolie Plastic Surgery and he also has his own practice in both the mix so I couldn’t leave a message there for him I am hoping that he reaches out and cost me because I cannot get through Jolie Plastic Surgery all they do is hang up or say they will to get back with you and they don’t . However I feel as though Dr. Payne should also be responsible since he is working with them and be aware of the issues that they are causing hid patients . I say patients because I know of two other people that are going to the same thing that I am. So Dr. Payne please contact me my name is Gloria Scotland and Jolie‘s plastic surgeries has my information I have waited for a long time and had research done and know that you are a great surgeon so please be a great person And has your patient let’s work it out together thank you

I am happy to see that Dr. Payne has branched off on his own. I had a tummy tuck and some lipo in April 2019. I couldn't be happier with the result. I was not happy with Jolie where he was and their process but Dr. Payne was amazing and listened to what look I was trying to accomplish. Dr. Payne knows what he is doing . I am so happy I found him again.

Hired Dr. Pane when he was working at Strax Rejuvenation on July of 2017. I had my surgery on September 1, 2017 and I had a liposuction in my stomach, flanks and legs. After three months of my surgery I went back to Dr. Pane and showed him the bumps I had in my legs and the right side of my stomach and he told me I had to wait 6 months for full results. I was a very dedicated patient. I spent a lot of money with massages and garments after the surgery. After 6 months I tried to schedule an appt with Dr. Pane and I was advised that Dr.Pane was not working at Strax anymore but they would schedule an appt at Strax so Dr. Pane could see his post-op patients. After few months, Strax called me with a date to see Dr. Pane, I took off from work and few hours before my appt, Strax called me saying that Dr. Pane will not see his patients at Strax anymore and that I had to schedule an appt with him at his own office located at Palm Beach Gardens which is really far from my house. At this moment, I was so mad but I decided that I had to fight for my rights and go see Dr. Pane. I took off another day from work and went to Dr Pane's office. He took some pictures of me so he could compare the before and after photos. It was so clear that the surgery was not a success but he kept saying that everything looks fine. I showed him the huge bumps I have in my legs that looks like shark bites but he said that is normal after doing lipo in the legs. He even said that there was nothing he could do to make it better and even if I wanted to try he would charge me as a new patient and the fees of his office was really high. I was really mad because I knew I had the right to have a revision surgery and just paying the operating room and anesthesia. Dr. Pane said that was Strax rejuvenation's obligation and there was nothing he could do for me. I was just devastated. If you could see the picture here, I looked like an old lady and I am only 27 years old. My legs looked so much better before the surgery. Thankfully I found a Doctor who clearly saw the problems with my previous lipo and said he could make it look better. Be careful with who you choose for your plastic surgery.
