This is the best gyno doctor ever . All the staff is super friendly and polite . I had an appointment and was called in super fast and taken care of within an hour . They had free coffee and water and was super cool about me having my crazy toddler with me . I love this place so much this is forever my gyno doctor ❤️❤️❤️👩⚕️ thank you to all staff here especially doctor Laura .

I entered the appointment and was refused treatment ; I needed a doctor to prescribe me my medication, which includes psychiatric meds. They told me I had to go to Miami to see the psychiatrists associated with UM. However, I already had prior experience with a psychiatrist at UM, who had supplied me with an unrighteous amount of a medication that I expressed to her that I was addicted to. The nurse shrugged and told me that she couldn’t do anything so I left crying. She told me she was sorry, I told her that she should be.

Not impressed at all my cholesterol is high and was before and I was on medication doctor says she will just monitor it and see me in 6 months my tsh is high as well and I’m on levothyroxine does not want to increase the does not impressed with them so far I switched to them thinking I’d have better care and the doctor not understanding why I was taken off Rosuvastatin just for her not to give it even with blood work indicating I need it, won’t see them for 6 months so then my blood work can be worse I believe I’m on the hunt for another doctor, they also entered notes into my chart incorrectly and it’s to much of a hassle to try and have them fixed

From the front desk staff,to the nurses and Dr.Brandie this is THE BEST DOCTORS OFFICE I’ve ever been to . My experience has been nothing but GREAT! The entire office is welcoming and friendly. I’ve never had an issue they are truly knowledgeable and kind ! I love all you guys and I’ll never leave as long as my insurance covers lol! Keep up the good work I really feel as if these people are my family . Thank you for making my doctors appointments a pleasure I’ve never been excited to go to the doctors office

Lovely office. Courtney is so nice I love when I’m able to get her on the phone. She makes sure my messages get through. Dr. Brandie and Beth are great.

I regret ever walking into this office! If you are looking for a caring & compassionate doctor, Bruce Eisenberg is NOT for you. The long wait time is unacceptable! Be prepared to wait an hour (or more) to see a rude doctor for 5min then expect an expensive bill in the mail for 5min of his time. This doctor feels his time is valuable, well so is mine! I have to agree with the negative reviews for Bruce Eisenberg. Like another reviewer said, he is definitely...rude, impertinent, condescending, short demeanor and sarcastic. This doctors main focus is ensuring profit rather than patient-centered care. I am not going to list all the issues I had with this doctor and his office but I will say that I am moving my ENTIRE family out of this office fast!
