Belinda is great!
Very nice office staff and very efficient. The doctor made me feel very comfortable and shes was very knowledgeable about my condition. Thanks so much.
Love Dr Greyling. She is sweet and kind and very patient and professional however, today I went for a visit under the impression that I would be getting an skin excision since they found an atypical mole 2 weeks ago. When I got there, after waiting in the waiting room for over half an hour (20 minutes after my appointment time) and then after being moved into a room and waiting another 15 minutes, Dr Greyling came in and informed me that I would not be getting a skin excision today and I would need to schedule an appointment for it. The reason for this is that the “front office are making mistakes and they are training them!” Basically that they shouldn’t have made this appointment with me believing it was an excision appointment. The doctor said I need to have the excision done within the next month. When I went to the check out desk I tried to make my appointment only to be told that “I would be lucky to have the appointment within a month since Dr Greyling is fully booked”, I explained what the doctor had said and the receptionist then went off to check with the doctor’s assistant only to come back and tell me that they cannot see me until 5 January (today is November 22nd) but they can put me on a waiting list for a cancellation if I want to be seen before that! And also they stated after I asked them that they cannot put me with anyone else because they “don’t like to shift providers”. So to cut a long story a little shorter, I do not feel comfortable waiting for over a month for them to cut the skin out with a possibility that it is cancerous and then having to wait another week for results (that would be around 7 - 8 weeks or maybe longer from today and given that the results were from a removal of a mole 2 weeks ago, that’s a total of 10 weeks for the cells to do whatever they need to do with no treatment.. nobody seemed to care about that today in the office however. It was just an appointment to the receptionist and to be told “have a great day” at the end. It was as if I was just getting treatment for psoriasis or dermatitis or something minor.. love Dr Greyling, but I have decided to try a more professional office!
I have been a patient at Waters Edge for years. I find their staff friendly and helpful. The physicians are excellent addressing both my medical needs and cosmetic goals. I highly recommend them.
Thank you, Haley!! You answered all my questions, and went the extra mile for me. You are the BEST!!!
I am a new patient and found the entire process of making my appointment, completing the paperwork, being greeted by the staff and my time with Dr. Lacey to be a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice.
Went to the Palm Springs location. This place is a scam. Literally go anywhere else. I paid about $200 to get a mole removed. Then they called me a week or two after and told me that they will need to take more off of the mole and it'll be an additional $500.... I told them no thank you please cancel my appointment. A week later I get a $300 bill from UF health which is where they sent my mole to get looked at. They NEVER told me that they would be sending it to a third party and that I would have to pay more. I would never recommend this place to anyone. For one mole with NO results I had to pay $500. (Also I went there to get my face checked, then all of a sudden she wants to remove a mole off my arm and I didn't know better and just trusted the lady, never again). Please search elsewhere for a dermatology center that actually cares about their patients
They suck. Unreliable. Never the same Physician. Canceled two appointments without notification.
As a new patient Belinda was very professional and welcoming. She listened to my skincare needs and knew exactly how to treat them. She also gave me several treatment options which was very helpful. I would highly recommend seeing Belinda.
Excellent services and professional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
