I called the office to schedule a new patient visit. No one knows the procedure costs. I asked to speak with a manager and another employee picked up the phone telling me the same answer as the previous employee. We don't know!!!

I have not actually been to this practice yet. A week ago I discovered a lump in one breast. I called to make an appointment for that along with a PAP and was told that the first available is June. Seriously want me to wait 2 months to have the lump checked??? I would think there would be better procedures for circumstances such as this... Still debating keeping the appointment for the PAPUpdate: After reading my review, the office manager called me to apologize and offered to fit me in with a doctor next week for the breast lump. I have already seen my GP and scheduled a mammogram. I will give them a try in June for my PAP. But reading other reviews about office staff at other locations, we'll see how long I stay.
