I found Dr. Agresti to be very compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful.. he had a good understanding of my situation and was very helpful. I would not want to see any other doctor.

Dr Agresti - has been able to manage my addiction issues and continues to see me and manage both my pain and psychological issues. I no longer take street drugs or get prescriptions from Pain Management Doctors. Dr Agresti has helped with me continuing to stay off opioid's. At the same time he has significantly assisted with my pain management issues without resorting to heavy opioids. There are not many Doctors that are willing and able to help in the same way that Dr. Agresti has been able to help me. Thank you.

I've been a patient of Dr. Agresti's for 28 years and have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family. He is a kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctor. He makes himself available after hours and is there to help when needed. His office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Sleazy psych delegates his patients to his nurse who prescribes whatever. Doesnt spend ten minutes with the patient. Makes his patients worse off. Trash. Never give you money to this guy

I wish I had found this site and read these reviews before i saw this guy for 2 years! I agree with all the negative reviews thus far posted. Here's a new one to add - i posted a negative review on google and he commented on my post saying he treats people with substance abuse issues and that i am blacked out and dont make any sense. I first visited Dr. Agresti years ago when he accepted health insurance. I decided to return to his care recently because he impressed me with his understanding and compassion the times I’d seen him previously. I find him to be unchanged. If you are in the position to pay upfront for your care I strongly recommend Dr. Agresti.

Dr Agresti has continued to be responsive and available during covid. He has accommodated me and recognized that this is a difficulty time for everyone. Its not easy or safe to travel, yet this has been a very challenging time for everyone-health care providers especially. He has never turned me away. It's amazing to have continued care from an experienced doctor that knows your medical history and still makes time for you. I don't think you can do this unless you love what your doing and you care about the people who rely on you.

Dr Agresti saved my life as it is today. I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Disease when I was 27 . Today I am 65. For years I struggled with extreme mood swings of high polar episodes suddenly hopelessness, fear of the unknown, suicidal thoughts and many years of tears and fears. My parents suffered alongside me during years of different doctors, and constant changes in psychotropic medications and ETC. Years passed and I moved to Florida. Working in the medical field, I researched psychiatrists who specialized in Psychopharmacology and management of BI-Polar disease. I got lucky. Dr Agresti MD was my first choice. Different than many psychiatrists I found him warm, non judgmental and kind. Dr Agresti made precise changes in my medication management. Over time of advanced medications and psychotherapy, I no longer have unexplained mood swings. I have not suffered with depression for years. Bonus, every member of his staff are gracious and provide excellent customer service.

The most caring Doctor I have ever meet. He is excellent in every aspect of the word. There is a place in heaven for him. Saved my life!!!

Dr Agresti M.D.’s. book “Tales From The Couch Secrets for Managing Mental Illness “ Is a critical read during these times not only to understand mental illness but more importantly mental health. Everyone needs to be involved and updated in the conversation if they have children, elderly parents,addiction in family history or simply to learn warning signs that someone they care for may be struggling. Many physical diseases have mental symptoms and we all need to be responsible for one another. Dr. Agresti has done a wonderful job destigmitising “mental Illness” in his book Tales From The Couch” which is why I again say it is more helpful to get people to understand the Dr and patients common goal and society in general which is the greatest possible mental health one can achieve. So many issues, broad range of disorders, diseases, and treatment protocol are heavily covered while being an interesting read. C.D.
