Robert Biscup's Online Review Report Card

I went to Dr. Biscup for knee and leg pain , my knee also had a bakers cyst.. As my wife and I walked into his flamboyant office in Palm beach he said I needed a back operation...WRONG ! A simple Xray on his part would have shown me I had Bone on Bone on my knee. HE WAS DEAD WRONG.. DR.S code is do no harm. I had an unnecessary procedure that game him 30 thousand dollars and now I suffer from chronic back pain in the morning and now I need knee surgery. All this could have been avoided with a Simple $50 Xray when I approached Dr. Biscup on the phone and tried to discuss the situation his response was ,I'm busy , can"t talk any further and HUNG UP. No surprise ,he's done that before as I can see with other reviews... YUP, took my 30 K and left me with a back ache and ABSOLUTELY no relief for my chief complaint that I went in for.. So what's your thoughts of a DR. when you have concerns he hangs up on you...My suggestion RUN !

My husband was going to get fused in Tallahassee, FL. They told him it was his only option. I told them no way. I want to spend our late life's traveling and enjoying life. Found out about Dr.Biscup and it is the best thing that ever happened in his life. He is like new. It is absolutely amazing. It was worth every penny. I would rather buy a new lease on life than a new car or whatever other luxury. We are not rich by any means and borrowed the money for it. Best investment we ever made. If there are underlying conditions in a patient he will refuse to operate and makes that perfectly clear. We are getting ready to go back for stem cell therapy. I trust him with our life's.

Dr. Biscup saved me from a great deal of pain. He did a surgical microdecompression in January 22 that has allowed me to move again! I can now feed and walk my dogs, fill and empty a dishwasher, and make it to the bathroom at night without having to hold onto the furniture and walls to get there,

This doctor performed a procedure on me that was not only inappropriate for the problem, but made me worse. I am sorry to say he took my money and ran.

HE OPERATED ON MY BACK AND FIXED THE STENOSIS AND DISC PROBLEM THAT HAD ME A HALF CRIPPLE. I AM NOW BACK ON THE GOLF COURSE AND SHOOT LOW 80'S AND HIGH 70 SCORES. DARNED GOOD FOR A GUY 83 YEARS OLD. DR BISCUP IS A GENIUS BUT DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE SO YOU HAVE TO PAY HIM OUT OF POCKET. EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH EVERY DIME..

Dr. Biscup, in my case, was an absolute blessing. He warned me not to consider back surgery lightly, advised me to return to him only when in extreme pain and unable to function, and he would then perform a minimally invasive procedure on my severe stenosis and disk issue that incapacitated me. He sure did! The procedure was done in 2007, 11 years ago, at the Cleveland Clinic in Broward County. It required 50-minutes with a mild anesthesia and I returned home that day. Three weeks later I was on my bicycle and exercising in the pool and in the past 11 years have had zero pain (none) from my lower back surgery. Subsequently, 11 friends in my Country Club with similar severe back pain problems had surgery by Dr. Biscup and to this date all continue to effusively thank me. He is a gifted and most experienced back surgeon I cannot recommend highly enough.

After living with back pain on and off for over ten years, my local surgeon informed me that the only thing left to do was a fusion of the vertebrae in my lower back. I said adios to the good doctor and after some research ended up in Dr Biscup's office. I've been pain-free for two years.

My Husband saw Dr. Biscup when he was admitted to Jupiter Medical center. My husband was in severe pain. He was medicated very well. Dr. Biscup told him he would probably have surgery in the morning. The next morning Dr. Biscup came in and said he could go home. No surgery. My husband left in severe pain. Dr. Biscup does not take any insurance. Dr. Biscup did absolutely nothing to help my husband.

I could never be grateful enough for having performed a successful producedure to remove the 5L to my husband!!!! Great staff and care for his patients.
