List of The Palm Beach Institute's Reviews
I just wanted to leave a review of the Palm Beach Institute my time there was awesome the staff is wonderful in caring the counselors really know what they’re talking about and actually lived it and Brooke Alumni manager is absolutely phenomenal as she actually really cares as we are still in contact today and I haven’t been there in a while I highly recommend
PBI was the catalyst to a better future for me. The staff was amazing and helped me in many ways. Words can’t describe how grateful & thankful I am. 10/10 highly recommend.
Palm Beach Institute is the place where you want to start your recovery at point blank period. I walked in with very little faith and I hated myself..I left the program loving myself. It help me get my life back and helped build my self- esteem back up.. thank you for that
PBI was something I really needed in my journey towards recovery. The staff was great and I really got a feeling of sincerity from the therapists. I would recommend going if you want the tools to deal with addiction and dealing with life on life's terms
Lovely staff and people. It helped saved my life truly!!
The staff here was amazing. Having staff that are in recovery helped me while I was in treatment.
Palm Beach Institute helped save my life! By the time I reached their doorstep, I was broken, busted, and bewildered. PBI was able to gently guide me back toward the man I knew and loved. I attended during Christmas, and to this day it remains one of my most memorable, impactful Christmas experiences. I am truly grateful for The Palm Beach Institute and their amazing facility!
My time at pbi was good for the most part. The staff is incredible! Very helpful “G”, Aggie and Roxy always go above and beyond to help with any needs and if anyone is having a bad day going through the change they are there full hearted to talked you off the ledge. As for the groups some are better then others. Just in my option going through detox and getting your life back I think that more courses should be tought about the 12 step program. You preach how meetings are important but only Brooke really talked about what to do after rehab is done and your on your own.Food is excellent and kitchen staff was amazing. And I can’t for get about Ms. Dee!!There is a lot of down time and maybe more night activities are needed. It’s a small area to be in for 21 + days so you have to find things to do you can only watch tv and read so much. Thanks!
The staff at PBI is great. Aggie,G,Chris,Karen,Ona,Chip,Mercedes, Brooke,Nancy, and all the rest deserve a shout out. I was at PBI for 63 days between residential and php. After 3 previous in patient treatment programs this was by far the best for me. I learned how to live. The connection was amazing. Did I get mad hell yes. Why? I didn’t get what I wanted. That’s the key to me being sober. I truly love PBI and am forever grateful. It’s not a job for the staff, they handle that part, but when a person cries for me I will never forget them.
this was my second time at pbi and the reason I came back mostly was for the staff that worked very hard for me from fmla to filing my disability papers and ebt. I didn't succeed the first time because I didn't follow the advice and tools given to me. I recommend pbi in west palm beach Florida.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
