I honestly have PBI to thank for my sobriety. Sometimes it takes more than once to get it and the staff never gave up on me. I can’t just thank one person because everyone there cared, truly cared for me and my success. Beyond the treatment the continued support has been life changing. There’s a reason they’ve been helping addicts for over 50 years.
PBI was a good experience for me. I learned a lot about my addiction and myself. The staff is very friendly, understanding, and helpful. The rooms are informative and if you are struggling with an addiction I recommend going here.
Best rehab I’ve been to. Every therapist there genuinely cares. And the techs are amazing as well. Shout out to Roxy and Aggie… food was amazing, kitchen staff was awesome too. Received mental health counseling as well as substance abuse counseling. By far my favorite rehab
They were very friendly and understanding to my needs
I was initially nervous going in to get help for the first time. I didn't know what to expect at all. I can only say that PBI really helped changed my life for the better, and the experience helped me realize that I can live a sober life!I went through Detox, Residential, and PHP. They did an awesome job ensuring my safety and comfort during that tough time. During residential and PHP, the group setting helped me develop coping skills that I use to this day to help me maintain sobriety. The techs were also really great and they care about the clients. Aggie, Roxy, and G are awesome! The food was also WAY better than I expected. My CCC Shannon was great! And my therapist Paige really helped me grow through early sobriety. I am very grateful for the medical team and the staff!I spent around 70 days there total and I am in a way better place now because of that. The alumni program and alumni coordinator Brooke are awesome and I get continued support through the alumni meetings to this day!I will always be grateful for my time at PBI!
I had a wonderful experience at PBI. I learned a lot and came out feeling alive and better than ever. Mercedes, G, Roxy and Aggy were so loving and caring. Also, the food is amazing!
My experience there was great. I noticed some bad reviews, but that's their perception. Its a treatment center, not a vacation spa. The negative and very sick clients never focused on themselves, they only focused on ever little dumb detail, so they didn't have to focus on themselves, that's the only thing I can say negative about the place. The BHT's, counselors and the Group Facilitator Karen were amazing, hands on and always there when I needed them. I felt safe and heard. Thank you
Was there October 16th 2017 great place great people I'm still sober it saved my life PBI you're the best!
Six months ago, our family was facing the reality that our 23 yo daughter needed help beyond what we could offer. We raised her with love and acceptance and gave her the best life we could. From our perspective, we did everything right. We were a close-knit, suburban dwelling, happy upper middle class family! Unfortunately, all of that wasn’t enough to keep our child from the grasp of addiction. Even though I saw her struggling, I didn’t want to admit that OUR daughter had an addiction problem. Needless to say, she did admit it, ina drunken-drug induces stupor, her soul cried out for help and I was at the end of my rope too. I was desperate to have her back. A friend referred me to The Palm Beach Institute and I am forever grateful for that. From the first phone with the staff to the actual transformation of our daughter, I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciate PBI for what they do and have done for our family. Our daughter learned so much while living there and has continued to live out what she learned. We highly recommend the families attendance at “Family Week”. The therapists are stellar and helped us navigate our overwhelming emotions and thought processes. Thank you to everyone... especially Paige (therapist) who was empathetic and knowledgeable... we are forever grateful for the impact you’ve made on us, and our daughter. Keep up the amazing work everyone! Your work makes such a difference.
This place took a chance a me and brought me in. Nervous, skinny, and malnourished my therapist Michelle showed me the light. The alumni director Brooke is one of the most caring, charismatic, personable, and hard working person I’ve ever met. She will stop at nothing to make sure you doing alright after treatment and up to date with alumni events!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
