Very disappointed. My husband and I never got in for our first exam. I went into the office 6 weeks before his appointment because I needed to change the date—he had a prior doctor appointment which I didn’t know about. I was told first time appointments can’t be changed and if anyone cancels their initial appointment, they can never come back. ??? As I said, disappointed!

I have been going to this office for many many years. I’ve had severe eye issues many times and surgeries. Dr. Kostick and her staff have been dedicated, patient, wonderful and most of all talented and corrected all of my issues and my family’s. I greatly appreciated how she treated my elderly mother with dementia who was slowly going blind and my son who was born with an eye birth defect. There aren’t enough words to express what Dr. Kostick has done for me and my family. As long as she keeps her practice open, my family will be patients of this establishment.

I am never going to give this office business ever again. They canceled my appointment twice and rescheduled it for 3 months out. I have a major problem with my eye and they do not the slightest bit about anyone's problems. The doctor is also never there. The worst office ever, I will always talk bad about this place. AND MORGAN the scheduler does not care at all and was very rude. I am crying writing this review because I am so stressed out over this situation.

Patient wait time is an hour or more with an appointment. One visit was almost a two hour wait. Doctor is good, but scheduler might want to spread things out.

I dont usually write reviews but this business definitely deserves a good one. The staff is excellent to work with. Deloris was very helpful and John one of the technicians is good at what he does and fun to talk with. Dr Kostick is great, very easy to talk with, no rushing and very knowledgeable but explains things in easy to understand English lol. Overall a great experience. Thanks everyone.
